A bit over priced. I got the most expensive wash they had and was not pleased with the results and the girl that helped me was not friendly at all. I pulled up and had some questions and she just waved me forward into the car wash. She did not smile not one time while I was there. She did not offer me any washes or anything but I wanted my car cleaned good so I chose the best. I felt a bit rushed to make my decision because she just did not seem happy to be there. I will probably try it again seeing how it is so close to home. I will update my review at that time.

Went to Water Works for the first time today.....considered buying the ultimate wash for a month........glad I didnt. Opted for the 1 time ultimate wash instead. The sides and front looked "OK".....but the tech that scrubbed the back made it look worse than it did before it was washed......because he only hit certain spots leaving streaks everywhere. Tires looked no different, even though it was suppose to include the "tire shine". Disappointed to say the least. I can do a better job at the carwash up the road....and save a few bucks.

My wifes car had recently gotten stuck in the mud, so I ordered the highest quality car wash you can get. The guys working sprayed the car for maybe two seconds before sending me into the car wash, which I believe is the same experience you get for the lowest package. When I got home I noticed the car was obviously still completely muddy in the hard to reach areas. I wont be coming back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The worst service Ive EVER had in my life. Also.. why wouldnt they turn on the outside lights? Whats that about? I had to actually leave their lot to see if my car was even clean.. and surprise! Still dirty! What a waste of time and money!

Worst car wash I have ever gotten, asked the girl to pay attention to my hood and spray it before hand, she said okay and didnt do it. I will never go back to this place again and I urge you to drive the extra 10 min and just go somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Back of my cars NEVER get clean. The rollers are always pinned back away from the car. They are supposed to be moved out of the way by the car. Brushes never touch front or back. ???

Worst car wash i have ever been to. There is no brush to get any spots off your car. Your better off handing a toddler a garden hose and letting them clean your vehicle

It os an ok car wash. It is not modern. It will clean your car but wont be so clean. Also the vacuum is one dollar extra and they will turn off before you finish.
