EDIT: I am raising this to a 4 star rating for the moment. The company got in touch with me and continued their excellent customer service with me. They wanted to try and right the wrong and asked me to give them another chance. I have not be back yet to get the wash, but I just wanted to mention that I appreciate the level of care they take in their customer. I was informed they are looking to add RainX treatment to the premium wash, so Id like to wait to return when they have this available. When I called the contact number, the person I spoke with was very friendly and informative. He gave me a ton of information on the wash and I really appreciated that. For only $10, you can get the best car was they offer. This is a touchless wash and is open 24 hours a day - two huge pluses. My car looked nice afterwards, but the undercarriage wash did not last nearly long enough to pull past it and clean the entire bottom of my car and I had water spots all over my vehicle after the wash, even after trying to towel dry it some. I may come here again, but maybe only after trying other local options. Not crazy about the water spots. :(

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS car wash--by far THE BEST TOUCHLESS CAR WASH IN THE REGION!!! I go to Cascade Car Wash all the time, no other--and Ive been to them all before staying with Cascade. Im so glad they opened this wash. It has the longest and most powerful underbody wash and thoroughly washes the entire car. The "turbo" wheel wash makes my wheels gleam! Personally, I recommend going over the car with a drying cloth after the wash for best results. I get a lot of compliments and Ive recommended Cascade to all my friends. Anyway, I was THRILLED when they started putting $2 off discount coupons for The Works on the back of the Kettering Kroger receipts. I dont know why JP had a hard time. I just punch in # (pound sign) and "2410" and it takes $2 off The Works. I hope they keep this promotion going for a long while! Once you find THE BEST, you forget the rest.

I stopped-by a week ago and the Temp outside was still low to mid 20s. I had to get the salt off of my car. What a "GREAT" experience. Took between 7 and 8 minutes from start to finish. While sitting there I thought about how much time I was saving myself. No hoses, buckets, sponges, soap etc. When I wash the car myself it takes a good hour plus. Also, I dont have spot free water at home. The most important thing is that it took me 7-8 minutes and the car looked fantastic. My time is worth a whole lot more than $10.00 and not having to drag everything out to wash the car, PRICELESS! I will most surely be back the rest of the winter and all summer long. I cant get over how clean the entire car looked (even the rims)

Awesome to see a car wash place that is on google and keeps up with their customers as shown below. I highly recommend this place. There is 1 other lazer car wash and it is always packed and does not do nearly as good of a job. The jets move up and down and side to side to make sure that every inch of your car is covered. There is always foam and wax in the sprayer (unlike some lazer car washes where they are out of wax, or foam and you get jipped). The dryer goes for a solid minute and does a wonderful job. I go here whenever i can and usually you are able to drive right in. Prices are the same as other lazer car washed. If you drive by this place i highly recommend it.

My original review appears below. That was then. This is now. Since then the "wash" has improved greatly. It provides a good wash and, with practice, the "dry" is better. (Take your time - use the entire time on the dryer clock.) Would not accept discount from back of Kroger receipt (said wrong code - tried several times). Wash was OK, but left dirt and leaves on car - which was not very dirty. Also didnt wash entire middle of car. Dryer (even though I exited very slowly) left water on front and back of car. Not great for the price.

This wash is very modern and elegantly laid out. I have never seen machines like these. They do a GREAT job. My friend Sam told me the the Tesla Motor Company recommended this location to their customers. I see why now. No brushes to cause damage and it is incredible how the wheel blasters manage to locate and wash my aluminum wheels. Beware, it is loud if you never experienced it. It startled me the first time. The wheel blasters seek out and clean each wheel with a burst of high pressure water and soap.

One of a few places with a touch-less automatic system. I used to go to Mikes Car wash and then one day I was looking at my car and noticed millions of swirl marks all over my paint. They ruined my car. I guess you get what you paid for. I never went back. The best way to clean a vehicle is to go thru a touch-less car wash and then give it a good wipe with a dying towel. DONT BE LAZY. Therere no better ways to truly clean a dirty vehicle.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through today because of all the amazing reviews... Im guessing nobody looks at their car AFTER a car wash... Purchased "The Works" which did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! My car looked exactly the same as before I went through! Didnt even get dust off! Worst carwash I have EVER been to. Now I have to go to Mikes carwash which is 20 minutes from where I live and pay $20 MORE to actually get my car CLEAN!

FANTASTIC CAR WASH! I and my wife use this car wash all the time. Its brand new, kept very clean and the owner and steward are very friendly and helpful. This is by far the best car wash in the area, like Michael said. Im glad I found these reviews, because now I know about the Kroger $2 discount code off of the Works wash! I highly recommend Cascade Car Wash.

My Wife jokingly wrote on my car with her finger, as a hint to wash it. So I took it to Cascade & purchased the top wash. Upon returning home, I noticed the dirt was still there, as well as her writing. Only now, theres also water spots all over the vehicle. Very disappointed. I still have my receipt. Is there a way to rectify this?

This place is simply amazing. Best car wash experience I have ever had. I used to go to Mikes Car Wash until they damage my SUV. I only go to Cascade now. There is nothing else like it. The attendant was so understanding and welcoming. It is Touch Free. No brushes. :) A+ in my book.

I am new to Kettering and like an idiot I took my car to Mistic Express Car Wash. They "F" scratch my car. Cascade Car Wash has a far superior system with no touch. I will not go anywhere else. They do recommend wiping the surface with a drying towel.
