DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Today when i was going through the car wash the machine slammed my car into the back of the car in front of me and then proceeded to push my car out of the wash in the same manner. Soap was still on my car and the bummper of thecar in front of me was dammaged. We spoke with the "General Manager" as he called himself (his name is Ray by the way) and he was unapologetic and did not seem to care. He tried to make me feel as if it were my fault. The lady that my car hit called the police and a report was filed. After the report was filed i asked if i could go through the wash to get the rest of the soap and dirt off of my car and "Ray the GM told me that he would not let me go through again and that they had performed their services. I proceeded to tell the police officer that he would not finish the job that i paid for and he gave me the name of the owner, who also ownes Dr. Wash a carwash right down the road. He told me that the owners name was Jeff. When i went over there Jeff was not in and the manager there called the other manager that had just sent me way. He then came back to me and ask me to leave their property or he owuld call the cops! Funny, the police is the one that told me to go over there to speak with the owner. There also appers to be others that are having the same troubles with this business. I would not go here and i plan to let the Henry County Chamber of Commerce as well as the BBB know what happened as well. Thanks for reading my review. Nathan Miller

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS- I have been going here for past year on and off as needed. Never any issues until today! The machine ripped the glass out of my mirror ( 2 year old car). The staff was very unfriendly. I asked for the managers name and they refused. Had to call the police- The owner did show up would not give his identity ( tall Asian man) also owns Dr. Carwar. The police informed me all I could do is press a civil lawsuite against him- costly and time drain. I hoped talking to the owner he would take some responsibility-- I was wrong- Started yelling at me - I had to ask him several times to stop yelling...I will pray for him but I will not give him my business ever again

On 12/314 my new Honda Accord was damaged at City Square Car Wash. It has deep gouge on the left side of the front bumper cover. The estimate to repair this damage is $659.00. I brought this matter to their attention immediately after it happened. City Square Car Wash will not take responsibility for this damage that they obviously caused. They claim that their equipment cannot cause this damage. I have filed complaints with McDonough Police,BBB, Governors office of consumer affairs & Geico. Please dont take your vehicle to City Square Car Wash if you expect them to be responsible for the damage they may cause.

Very rude people work here. Especially the fat red headed guy! I paid for the high dollar wash and my car looks no different from when i pulled in the place. Big red told me his car wash wasnt specially made for my car and would have to prep it before I drove through. What is the point of going to a car wash if you have to do half of the work first? Car wash in stockbridge is way better and friendlier people and they do the prepping. Way better all around and if it doesnt clean good enough they make sure you leave satisfied

Best working machine Ive ever encountered. Does a fantastic job, please give it a try. You wont be disappointed. The staff are okay, although youll not get much interaction with them. If the machine does miss a spot or fails to "Armour All" your tires properly, most employees will rectify the situation with no questions asked.

I agree with the others if you care about you vehicle do not go to this car wash. Ive never had any damage to my car but I have had so much soap on my car when the wash was complete that I had go thru a second time. Also the brushes inside the wash are very rough and I could see them doing damage. Enter at you own risk!

Paid for the service got to the beginning just inside getting the soap put in and the track stopped working. Apparently after the workers put you in they go back inside the building and not watch whats going on. I had to find a phone number and call them for them to even realize it wasnt working.

I have been going there for over one year. Never had any problems. After reading the reviews, I will not go there. Too bad, they will lose a lot of business. We took all of our company cars there, so we will have to find another place.

Dont spend $3 exrra for bug prep. They use to spray bug remover on grill, hood and tail gate then use clean brush. My truck began moving before staff even picked up sprayer. He only got tailgate..NO brush

Went through wash and roof was still dirty, guys that work here were super nice and let me prep the car and run it through again. Car is very clean and very satisfied with the customer service and staff!

BEWARE.....This has to be one of the worst ran businesses in henry co. Had complication with wash....damaged car and manager refused to fix. Beware!!!!

Would not go here EVER again the machine completely destroyed my windshield wiper. The part is very expensive seeing how I have a Lexus.
