what a HORRIBLE experience I had today here at Dr. Wash. I pulled up in the drive-thru and waited for someone to come out and assist me. I waited and waited... and five minutes went by and no one came out. Finally, two employees come out of the car wash bay and just stand there and stare at me. I stare back. Nothing happens. I finally I stick my head out and ask if anyone is going to help me. So one of them disappears inside and out comes this guy with absolutely no expression on his face. He stands there with a pad and just stares at me. No greeting, no "Im sorry", no "how can I help you?" ...nothing, just a blank stare with an attitude plastered across his face. I later find out this is the owner of the place! I finally just ask if I could get the "gold package" wash and he scribbles on his pad and shoves the receipt into my hand, again, making sure not to say one word to me. I have never seen the owner of a business treat a customer this way, especially a customer that has patronized this business several times, despite the poor customer service I always receive. Then, as I am getting out of my car, this same rude guy screams out "hey, how can I help you?" to the guys behind me. Really?!?! If I were an employee at this place, I would just walk off the job if I had this kind of a flippant, careless manager/owner. What an unappreciative owner this is! I will never ever go back to this place. I will let everyone I know of the horrible experience I had today with the owner and make sure that everyone is well warned of the serious unprofessionalism and lack of appreciation for his clients business. If you want to run a business, it helps if you greet the customers.....not just stand there and stare at them with an attitude. Also, when its not busy, and there are several employees standing around....why not have someone out there standing in the drive thru to take the wash requests down. Having to wait in your car for long periods when its not busy is unacceptable. The car rolls over a chord which sounds a loud bell twice. Unfortunately no one is hanging out to listen for the bell or respond to it. And then when they do, dont expect any apologies because you wont get anything but a surly attitude from the owner of this little gem of a place that went downhill at lightning speed as soon as the current management (or lack thereof) took over. Also, the inside of my front window didnt get cleaned, and there is still mud on the bottoms of my door on the inside of my car, not to mention the console didnt get wiped or cleaned. Poor service. You lost many customers today.

If I could I would give this place a 0. So, I worked from home all day yesterday. Went out around 4 to run up to the carwash on 81 to get the dust off my car. Car was fine when I got in it (i know because I have to walk in front of it to get in) went through the carwash at 4:30 and came back home. My hood had multiple scratches Went up there to talk to manager was told that they werent liable for their machine and there was NOWAY their machine could have made the scratches. But hey what do I know I am just a silly female who doesnt pay attention to her car. Anyway, we have used this carwash for YEARS and have always recommended them. However, that stops now. My recommendation is now USE at your own risk they dont seem to care about your car. I was dismissed within 10mins of going up there .

Place used to be great until new ownership and name change to dr wash. I would alway get my jeep done for around $23. Then when new ownership took over they tried to charge me twice about because of tire size and it wouldnt fit in tracks of wash. ITS THE SAME EQUIPMENT. OF COURSE IT WOUKD FIT. I tried explaining to management which was a joke. No customer service skills. Vowed to never go back....but did a couple years later. So I took my pickup recently. Absolutely horrible wash. Tire shine was completely messy and not complete. Left there and went to another wash where I could use vacuum to do what I paid these guys to do. On my way there I had to use windshield wash sprayer to get streaks off windshield. Zero stars.

DR. NOWASH still sucks, the owner says he is sorry that I had a bad wash. they still cant wash a car without missing spots everywhere. Just give up and sell your business because you cant run it. You suck..... DR. NOWASH After a rewash, my truck was still dirty and interior looked the same.. untouched.I could just soap up my dog and chase her around the truck for a better wash. All this for 42 bucks.. dont waste your time or money. Even after saying something, no one cared. They said I wasnt getting a refund so I could call the police or whatever. This definitely isnt a customer oriented business and I definitely wont be going back.

I went there on April 15, 2017, somehow they cracked my windshield. After making a report to the manager Mike, he said they would get in touch, since then Ive called two times and went by there, on Tuesday, April 25. Mike said the owner had been too busy to call me. I said just give me the name of your insurance company and policy number and Ill make the claim. This is Wednesday, April 26, 2017, nothing from the owner. I would not recommend using this car wash, if they break something on your car, they think if they take no action, it will all just go away.

This place is SLOW and they KEEP raising prices as service gets WORSE and WORSE. The manager, Mike Tarpley, is never there. And the owner, Joe Kimm could seem to care less about his business. No, not seem, he doesnt. I have been going to this place for a while now, hoping they would improve; but, no more. Im done - they suck. Look at other reviews. Spit on a rag, wipe your car down, and youd get better quality than this hell hole provides. They are only in business because of location. I will never go here again. I hope you dont as well.

I go to this place a lot. The last couple of times...not so good. Today I got the interior supreme which includes interior "dressing", shampoo mats, air freshener etc. NONE OF IT was done. Basically I paid $40 for a car wash and a light vacuum of my vehicle. I had to come home and wipe down my console, doors, running boards etc. myself and shake out my mats. Im not happy.

This is the 2nd visit for an oil change. I have been to Dr Wash often for car washes.The staff is very thorough with both the oil change and the car wash. When you get an oil change it includes a full service wash. At first the price seems hight but factor the wash into the price and it becomes a bargain. Even with the free wash the staff does a great job of cleaning the car.

Dont go here! My 1st time there: They scratched my tint & tried to play it off staying they would tell the owners. Asked for a business card 3-5 times from the "manager" on site before recieving any contact info. I had to make them fill out an incident report. On top of all that the wash job was bad. Like the users before me if I could give zero stars I would.
