Took my Prelude there and they told me they did not have 5W -20 for my car because all Hondas take 5-20... WRONG!! If I was not there they were going to put the wrong oil. How could they not know that? The when they were done, the left oil stains on the hood and on the glass inside where they place the sticker. I have 235,000 on my car and have never had such an experience. I decided to give them one more chance. The next time, there were no oil stains but when I bought the platinum war wash they gave me a gold car wash. I had to show them what they did not do. Then when the went to fix all the things they put airfreshner after I asked them not to since we has Asthma. What a disaster! Also the washer fluid the use is water in the summer, be careful! Also be aware some of the prices on the brochures and signs are out of date and when you go to check out, the prices are higher than on the sign. Be careful...

Their automated machinery ripped off my front license plate and they refused to repair. As a regular customer I have been very disappointed in the quality of work performed my last 3 visits and this lack of responsibility to a regular customer is disappointing to say the least. Their excuse..must have had prior damage or because my car is not new! They had the opportunity to look at any "damage" before my car entered the wash..and there wasnt any until the car came out the other end. After discussing with neighbors I am not the only one to have a bad experience. Maybe thats why I havent had any wait the last few visits?

They damaged my car!! Worst service I have ever received. I took my car in and paid $150 for a mini detail and when I picked it up I noticed my car inside handle was black and crumbling. I spoke to the manager and he said I needed to speak to owner. The owner (Kim) finally called me back and said nothing she has or did would cause that damage and it must have been a problem with my car. I told her my car was just fine when I took it to them. She refused to look at my car or to fix the damage they had cause. Looking to file BBB complaint and may even file a suit against them.

I had my van washed there yesterday. Terrible service. They did not vacuum the back, or even the inside well. They did not wash the bugs from the mirror or clean the windshield. The seats were not wiped or vacuumed as well as those cubbies in the door. When I pointed these things out to the attendant they tried to sell me detailing! I bought the platinum plus wash for $31. My 10 year old does better. Very disappointed as it is close to my house. But it is worth the extra 10 minute drive to go to another place.

This place is so hit or miss. On the good days you feel satisfied, on the miss days, you vow never to come back. Be prepared for a high pressure sales pitch when you drive up. Your car always needs a waxing based on their analysis. If you do get the extra services, just make sure they do a good job. You need to supervise. When picking up the car from just a wash, walk around the car and look inside. Dont feel bad to point out areas they missed. Remember: you paid pretty for it.

Probably the best place where you can get both services, an excellent carwash and oil change. Not a lot of places like this one. I have been going to them for over two years now and I have never had a problem. No nasty attitude personnel or pushy sales rep trying to sell you a wax shine or make a quick buck. Just a relaxing place to wash your car and have an oil change. Print their online coupon and get free carwash after oil change.

I have taken my car there many times because they can do an oil change and detail my car while I wait, the last few times they didnt do a great job on the interior/vacuuming part of the job. I will have to redo it at home again today. Unfortunately, I purchased a gift card during a promotion and need to use it up....so while I will be back, it isnt exactly because of stellar service.

My husband took my car here to get a quick wash. They INSISTED he buy the wax along with the wash and vacuum (base package) . He declined. However, they proceeded to tell him that they would not wash the car unless he purchased the $20 wax as well. This was outrageous. My husband turned around and left. We will never come back to this rip off location again.

Theyve done a good job for me, though from time to time I find a few spots they missed. Nothing overly noticeable that would prompt me to go back to have fixed. I appreciate that they have never tried to up-sell me on anything. Sometimes it feels a bit slow on the inbound side but are pretty quick overall still.

This place is the best car wash Ive found! They always take their time no matter how busy, always great customer service and totally worth the money when the heats just too much to do it myself! You definitely have made a repeat customer out of me!

I took my car here for a detail and when I got it back, they had stripped the color off of a few of my interior panels. This company uses extremely hard chemicals to clean the interior and it WILL discolor your panels!!! BE AWARE!!! DONT GO HERE!!

Outside was cleaned great, however the interior was left streaked like they just gave it a quick swipe! Would have paid more just to have done right! Plenty of other washes around.
