For Christmas, I received a $100 gift card to this location. I used the entire $100 on a Presidents package wax and a hand wash. Not to mention, $60 in tip to the gentlemen washing/waxing my vehicle. First problem, a young kid must have been excited at his chance to drive a $50k+ sports car, jumped in, without being able to drive manual.. We all know how that went. Anyway, inspected my vehicle after completion, only to find dirt/grime left ALL OVER my vehicle.. especially the wheels. Headlights were never even wiped down to begin with, forgot to vacuum the inside rear seats of the car, and used VERY little wax while waxing the car (only saw him squeeze fresh wax onto the buffer twice for the ENTIRE vehicle. When I approached management (Steve), I was told that if I wanted a better car wash, I should have paid more. Then stated that more than half of my $100 used for the wash was just to cover the labor, and I quote him; "there should be some left over residue". I am appalled by the quality of work, and level of service provided there after. It seems that egos run very high in that building. Just avoid this place all together, everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I will NEVER take my car back to this place! I brought my car in for the executive wash and was unpleasantly suprised to find my drivers seat soaked in water. My inside mirrors had not been cleaned, and a good amount of hair was left on my seats. My car was not that dirty to begin with, so this shows what a poor job they did. I did not realize how soaked my seats were until I got out of my car only to feel the bottom of my dress was wet. I called the business and spoke with the owner, Mrs. Sanfratelo. She told me " theres nothing I can do about it, and I apologize for your inconvienence." I kindly asked her what she could do for me in this situation as I was very dissapointed in the service I was given. The owner proceeded to tell me I shoud put a towel on it to dry it and it should be fine. This lady clearly does not know how to run a business and proper customer service. Not once did she mention to bring the car back or to give me a refund of any sort. I will never return to this place, nor will my family who have given them our business for years.

After getting a wax job done at Executive, i noticed that there was a huge section of the hood that had lost its color and had what looked like splatter marks. When i brought it in so the management could see it, the lady there said that it was everybody elses fault (the people who painted my car 5 years ago to myself) for why it looked that way. She was adamant that the clear coat had come off but when some of the workers tried re-waxing it (which worked), she refused to re-wax my car saying that it was due to a chemical burn. She tried to make it seem like my fault because i rinsed my car off recently and the wax was a couple weeks ago. You should have heard her condescending tone of voice when she spoke of car maintenance. I will never use this place again due the fact that the lady at Executive had no idea what she was saying. Its obvious that this was the fault of the car wash but she refused to make it good.

I went to executive yesterday and paid $100 for interior detail. When I got my car back the fabric on my door was torn off and hanging. I went inside to get the manager and he went and got one of his guys to fix it. The employee told me his friend did it and had the suction on the vaccuum turned up too high and it ripped it off. He gave it back and said he glued it. It had glue in the fabric, rippled, and did not even tuck the top back. The manager didnt even come back out to check if it was okay so I left and will be going to my own body guy to fix it. I hope they will reimburse me once it is fixed properly but I will not be goinf back. There was no apology, no concern really, and no one even said anything when it was messed up in the first place! I paid $100 for my car to be messed up and then for me to now have to go fix my car.

I took my car to executive car wash. I usually go for complete detail which is $95. But this time I had executive package which is $25 which should cover.... exterior wash (machine washed) + interior vaccumed (completed) + windows cleaned (completed) + door jambs wiped (didt do and I didt notice until I left) + dust dash & console (completed) + wheel and tire cleaner (OK) + underbody rinse (dont no how to check that) + tire shine (completed) + air freshner (nope) + trunk vaccumed (completely ignored) I called their office as soon as I noticed. The guy didt even apologize to me for making me come second time to fix those things. He just told casually to come so that they will fix. This will be my last visit.....unless they give me a credit.

No, Sarah doesnt know what shes talking about. I went to this business to get my car washed for the first time because I just moved here from Texas. When they were done cleaning my vehicle it still had mud all along the the bottom and I paid almost $40 dollars for this service. I went back in and spoke to the supposed Manager and he didnt seem to care that I wasnt happy with the outcome. I had to persist to have him come outside to even look at my vehicle. When he finally did he agreed that it wasnt clean and asked someone to clean it again. After they were done cleaning it again they only cleaned the mud off one side and left the other side muddy. I gave up and just left and WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.

Just went here to clean my car before I go back to school. Just a small Nissan Versa, not a big/hard job. I paid for the 30$ option (second highest/best/most expensive of about 5) and they barely vacuumed the inside and just ran it through the wash. Had to spend 45 minutes actually cleaning it after I got home. Youre better off saving your money, cleaning the inside yourself and spending $6 on a carwash at a gas station for the exterior. 1/10 never going here again.

I have only had good experiences with executive Car Wash...yes sometimes I dont think the washes are perfect, however, on the whole, they have been good! As a women it is so refreshing to have a more upscale place to take your car to get the oil changed and a car wash in an environment that is not greasy and dirty! I enjoy the rocking chairs and the comfortable sofa and chairs in the lounge area! The staff has been nothing but courteous to me

I have to say I am a little surprised by the negative reviews. These guys have been here for a while and I do take my car there for a car wash (discount with oil change) from time to time and never had a major issue. Yes, they can get really busy on the weekends especially if it is nice outside and can sometimes miss little details, but the owner is very nice and professional and they always promptly fix any issue when pointed out.
