Ive been to this car wash three different times and purchased three different services. I purchased the basic wash where you run through their car wash and detail yourself, I purchased the $19 wash where they detail it, and I purchased the $39 express detail where you run through the wash and they wax the exterior of the car and detail the inside. In each case the machine wash seems quite good its very sudsy and seems to do a good job of cleaning the car however afterwords is where the service drops off. If you do the self detail the chemicals and rags that they provide streak the windows. If you do the detail where they vacuum and wash the interior it ends up being streaked up and they miss spots even after I come back and point out areas they missed. And with $39 express detail they rub on wax very lightly and just quickly buff it off. They missed several spots and the spots that they did do were not slick the way you expect after a wax job. They have good hours. Open later than most car washes but overall not that great of a value.

Efficient process and service friendly. I enjoyed the experience. Worth going 11 miles out of my way. I used this to decide where to go and skipped 4 or more that were closer in the search. The experience was better and faster than my usual place even with the additional drive. Royal treatment and interior cleaning. Go on a heavy pollen day to find the attention to detail spots many will miss. The process still serviced and met my expectations but value in service was the greatest reward. Thank you for making a great impression for a first time experience. I was not confused about what to do or where to go as a first timer once I went through the ATM type entry machine and familiarized myself with the menu options to find what I wanted.

I love this car wash. The car is always sparkling when you leave. Once there was an incident where an idiot with a raised pickup truck tried to go through and he couldnt fit. So they stopped the car right in front of everyone else just to give it a wash, and so we went and told them how ridiculous that was. They ended up pulling the car over some and cleaning it there, but for-real. They gave us a $10 gift card and so we came back and havent had any more problems. If you have problems with this, I suggest going a little further down the road to the Mr. Clean Car Wash.

Absolutely the best customer service anywhere in the country. Im a regular at castle and but today I washed at a coin wash a few miles away and I came to Castle to use their vacuums. They had Landscaping people that ended up blowing debris onto my car and they offered me a free basic wash to clear it off of my car.. I cant imagine getting that kind of service at any other Carwash. Incredible place, at a great price. Definitely try them out if youre in the area

A great Car Wash with several wash options. The user-friendly kiosk for choosing and purchasing a wash is well lit, informative, and accepts cash or cards. They also offer affordable vehicle emissions testing that includes a free wash. It seems that all the employees are friendly with good attention to detail. Try and remember to bring tip money for the guys/girls that do an outstanding job. They are worth it.

First time here based on my wifes recommendation and I was actually impressed. Great Staff and honest. They clean professionally and also show decency and respect. Short visit but a happy visit. I took the highest option available for I think $29.00 or something similar and I am extremely happy with the results. Only thing I could recommend is if they have water or tea/coffee supply would enhance the waiting area.

Got an inside/outside detail on 12/10/12. I get these done at various places every 3 months or so. Castle took extra time and care during the whole process, from the pre-wash prep to the actual cleaning. All attendents spoke english, which was a nice change. You could actually tell them to pay special attention to problem areas, etc. Would like to have seen a snack machine, as I had the munchies while there!

This place is great, best drive in car Ive found in the area. The cheapest was with extra dry leaves my car looking great & seems something they use makes the windshield water repellent w/o getting the special wash. They keep towels by he vacuums --which are fantastic & sprays to clean inside & outside of the car... no need to bring anything to clean with, they supply it all!

Changed from 1 star to 4: Since my initial review, they have gone above and beyond to fix the issues I highlighted below. It was exemplary customer service. First, the manager returned my voicemail personally and apologized for no one answering the phone. He then offered to fix the problems with services well beyond those that led to those issues in the first place.

Exterior machine wash is excellent. Free vacuums and towels/cleaning spray a big plus. The interior cleaning service was not amazing, but not bad for $10. I probably go here 5-6 times a year and always get either the Royal Treatment or the $10 wash. I updated my review because I feel that I was way too critical on my last submission.

This was hands down the best car wash I have ever used. I usually wash my own cars but was short on time this weekend so choose this one due to the great reviews. The young staff is very friendly, respectful, and attentive. It is well worth the extra money for the interior clean as they work very hard and pay attention to details.

Good car wash. No pressure from staff to buy a more expensive wash. Free vacuums, towels and window spray. I was told by one of the staff that you can use the vacuums anytime and there is no need to purchase a wash. Good to know since I have two kids that are always making a mess.

I could do a better job myself! Waste of time and money. Every time I go here I get so frustrated. They half-ass it every time. Nothing but young kids working who have very little work ethic. Dont ask me how my car looks when you can clearly see its still dirty!

This wash is awesome, their drive through wash itself cost well over a million alone, not including the rest of the building. They do a great job, they have great employees who are knowledgeable about detailing a vehicle the right way

Consistently good drive through wash. I havent used interior cleaning service but exterior wash is the best in the area. Free vacuums are powerful and are plenty. I dont wash my cars very often but they come out very clean.
