I used to get my new car washed at Ultra Car Wash because it is closest to my house. Their customer service was horrible and my windows were never clean so I had to manually clean them with glass cleaner after each car wash. The last straw was when my car got stuck during the carwash and the person behind me almost hit me. They didnt care and didnt even apologize. On the bright side, I decided to look for a new car wash for my car and luckily came across Lighthouse Car Wash. From day one Brian, the owner, showed great pride and character in handling his business. He took his time explaining the exterior paint of the car and what it would take to keep my car looking like new. I have been a customer there for months now and I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my car looks always clean and new. I would recommend Lighthouse Carwash on Scenic Hwy.

Wow! Talk about going above and beyond! I went out of town and made the mistake of leaving my car parked under a tree for 2 weeks. It was hammered when I came back. I took it into Lighthouse Express Car Wash and figured id give them a try because Ive seen them on my way to work everyday. I ended up buying the Lava wash for $15 because it added the hot wax and I knew I needed something extra to get the spots out of my car from being parked under a tree to two weeks. Nathan did a lot of prep work on my car before sending it through tunnel and was super friendly and helpful. After my car came out it looked awesome but there were a couple spots still, which is understandable. When I asked them about the spots they went above and beyond and touched up my tires and removed some of the spots. These guys are awesome and gained a customer for life! Thanks!

The Lighthouse Express Car Wash is great. I have been going there since the car wash was just opened. I love the quality express drive thru car wash; affordable, honest pricing and quick service! The staff are very friendly and courteous. I talked to Brian on the phone at the Lighthouse Express car wash because I did not see the charge on my debit card. He was very nice about it. He told me to consider it as a gift. He also told me if I go there again, I should ask for him and he will give me another complimentary gift! That is just showing their great customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. Our right passenger side mirror was broken in the car wash. We are visitors from Texas and had no prior issues with our mirror. When brought to the managers attention, we were told it was already like that and there was nothing they do, not even refund our car wash. I would never send anyone here and if it was supposed to be pushed in , the guys at the beginning of the car was who direct you in, did not do their job.

This place is listed as full service. Upon arrival they did not offer this service. They actually did not carry this service. I was pointed to a guy over at an end who could do some ttpe of deal or hook up. I was confused and amazed that an establishment would allow this to happen. I was told he takes cash so I would have to go to the atm and come back with the cash. I left and did not return, I wanted no part in what was happening.

Great prices, friendly staff and great location! Also owned by the same management of the Lawrenceville location, which I also have been to and had a great experience at. Ive been here a few times and never had a bad experience, and my car is always left looking shiny and new. Highly recommend this car wash spot!

My experience was awesome. Got my car washed vacuumed for under $10. The employee their was very customer friendly and helpful. I cant wait to go back. Special thanks to Rameriez who helped me the whole way through the automatic machine to the vacuums.

They broked my front bumper and told me that they are not responsible for any damage. I will never go there again. Dont recommended to anyone to go there. If you love your car stay away from that car wash.
