The car wash RIPPED OFF both electric side view mirrors on my car, several seconds apart, when the washing mechanism hit with unexpected force, as I sat in the car. The guys working the dry line didnt seem surprised in the least at the hanging mirrors. Manager had no authority and said the owner would contact me. To add insult to injury,while the car was somewhat cleaner when they were done, it wasnt worth $29. Inside wasnt cleaned, dirt on the outside. Then, as I was leaving they demanded to see my receipt for payment - - as if I was trying to escape without paying. The owner called me the next afternoon and said she had to talk with employees, but basically said "we have a sign that says we arent responsible." I took the bill in a week later. Long story short, owner refused to reimburse for the $303 in repairs to my car. Their attitude is "so sue me"... Then I discovered they hadnt written an "incident report" - so should you take them to court, dont expect the records to reflect the true types and incidents of damage. Never had a problem when Carnettes operated it, but this owner a different story. This Mr. Clean is really Ms MEAN! This place is truly a "RIP OFF" all the way around!

My car sunroof was torn off on Saturday while getting my car buffed and shined through a machine. The lady that is operating Mr. Lees business was not too knowledgeable on this day about his policy and serious business matters. All she kept saying is hes out of the country. Him being away from his business is none of my business but I do know that most people left in charge should know the policy with their eyes closed. The way that I found out they damaged my car is when she started taking pics of my vin# and writing down what happened. My roof was damaged when he first took it through and she didnt tell me for at 30 minutes afterwards when I approached her. Long story short, the nice guy that was doing the job forget to let the piece up so that it would not touch the roof. She started talking all fast but the only thing needed was our information so that the report can be completed. She kept saying "but the Owner is responsible for the damage and that it will be paid for by the employee that caused the damage". Im confused, at this point so the officer told me I can get my report on Monday or Tuesday. God has taken the wheel.

In short: my car came out cleaner than it went in. There pricing scheme is shady, they try to milk you for all they can get (the only way to get your interior treated with armor-all is to pay $35 for the express detail option for cleaning and treating hard surfaces + $35 for the express detail option for cleaning and treating leather surfaces). So I stuck with the highest priced basic cleaning and like I said the car came out cleaner. Be warned, results may vary. The first time I went my rims came out shining like new, then 3rd time they were barely touched. BTW, the express buff is a rip-off I couldnt tell the difference between that and the usual wash I get (and it was an additional $35). Unfortunately, my car does come out cleaner here than at Regal Car Wash down the street, but no armor-all for $25 ...Im still looking for my car wash in Conyers.

I have not frequented this business in over a year as I dont live in Conyers. My experience could be charitably a "D -". My new car was being washed for the first time and came out with wavy scratches all over the trunk. The manager who gave his name as Darrel (sp?) quickly assured me that there is no way that happened. Since it had not been washed, that one was very hard to swallow. He simply walked off and would not even listen. Two body shops have looked at the car and both said the wavy lines make it clear that it happened in that car wash. If you patronize this facility, understand that if anything happens to your car, it will be your fault and not theirs. No worries about my ever returning. The only reason they received 1 star is that my comment would not post otherwise.

Went to have my truck washed. New owners no longer vacuum the interiors unless you pay extra. Truck was still dirty after paying $12 for the privilege. When I complained to the on-site supervisor, he said that they don’t touch the interiors or wipe down the body unless you pay extra. I wanted to complain but the guy was huge and was very intimidating. They wouldnt even put the antenna back on and the supervisor was very put out when I asked for wrench to reinstall the piece. (They used one to remove it but it’s up to you to reinstall) DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WORTH THE TIME. Carnetts was nothing like this.

AWFUL! Dont bother! I would have given 0 stars if I could have. They put the wrong oil in my car and then tried charging me to put the right oil in it. They VOIDED MY WARRANTY by putting non synthetic oil in my car. No one bothered to look what type of oil it took. Then they detailed my car and BROKE the flap to my mirror on my visor and would not take responsibility for it. They tried gluing it back on!!!!! They would not fix it when I brought it to their attention and put the blame on me. They didnt even finish cleaning my car when I paid for a full detail!!!! Do NOT give them your money or business. They RUINED my new car.

Took my car here for a simple car wash. They had there young driver get in my car after the washing process to begin polishing and I am sitting in the waiting area looking at the driver and he ran straight into THE CAR IN FRONT OF HIM!! My S500 Mercedes has front end body damage. The manager said that THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!! They will fix my car but never again will I go to any car wash where someone else drives my car. This place is a rip off terrible customer service this place just stinks. Rating from me ZERO

This car wash has had a recent change in ownership, and as a result has gone downhill. This place used to be pretty decent for its(I think)high prices, and the last time I visited this car wash, my car was not cleaned out properly and the staff there was very indifferent about it all. I would not visit this car wash if I were you, with the quality of this establishment falling so fast recently, the high prices here are not justifiable at all.

I have been a customer for years. They give me my usual. Oil change and free car wash. I enjoy the sun, make business phone calls, do paperwork as I wait. The epitome of multitasking. The car drives so much better when its clean. If I dont have time are they are busy, I take a rain check on the car wash. Works out because I am usually going to an event with a clean car. Very happy with this business.

Great pricing and packages. I first checked this place out with a friend who took her car the for the full package. I really liked what i saw and decided to check it out for myself. The staff is very cordial and professional as well as caring for my car. Once all was done a staff member walked me to my car and showed me what and how they cleaned it. Overall great place. Would highly recommend
