Ive been a regular for a while with an unlimited plan, but Im canceling today. Overall Ive always been happy with the service. Quality wash and staff are generally polite. Their location is incredibly convenient which is a primary driver for me. But, today, my last nerve was reached with the towel guys who dry your car after the wash. They have a tip box out there. Obviously, theres a bit of an expectation. Im a good tipper; I tip well and often. Occasionally, however, I simply dont have cash on me at the time. When this happens, I get a surly eyeroll from towel boys. Im sorry you hate your life, kid, but you dont treat regulars like this. Im canceling my plan today and going back to Jax. EDIT: I called and explained my situation to the manager. He said "thank you." Not "sorry" or anything else ... "thank you" and hung up. These guys are assholes; not worth the price.

I always used this carwash and loved it, until couple days ago when I left the carwash decided to vacuum my car before entering the carwash but i changed my mind and decided to wash it first. After leavng the carwash i realized the (jack cover missing). Long story short I got the number to call and then one of the people I talked to refused to even believe that the carwash might kicked the little plastic cover. He said that his carwash never do something like that. To all people, pls look up your car and check it before you enter or even take pictures, cause if you are missing anything you will get nothing.

My favorite car wash in Farmington hills area. They have two rows of vacuum cleaners just to clean inside of car, its a self service. Car wash is automated one, pretty quick and decent. Situated right at the twelve mile and orchard lake road junction. Have been there many times with satisfied service. Appreciate your quality of service, keep it up.

Horrible. They put the cars through way too fast and the person behind me hit me multiple times, and I had to slam on the breaks to not hit the car in front of me. Also, got home and my hubcap was totally dammaged. Worst part ? $7 and my car looks just as dirty as before the wash.

They need to teach these workers how to treat the customers I wash about 5 cars a week here but from now on I will make site to star going to Jax on orchard lake they have the worst service ever and workers and manager are really rude

Free vacuum for the car wash is good. Vaccum is powerful...Also the deals on bulk wash purchases is good. 6 wash for 20 is a good deal.
