Never Go to this place. My BRAND NEW 2016 BMW 3 series was going through the wash and they did not leave space between me and the other vehicle. I suddenly felt an impact and the staff was giggling and laughing and when I addressed the impact I asked them if the front of the vehicle was good and not damaged. They said it was fine. When I got home I saw cracking in the front bumper and my driver headlamp cracked. Staff is irresponsible and I do NOT RECOMMEND EVER! I would not bother to bring this this up with the manager but Id figure they would not allow me to see any camera footage. It would only be an uphill battle and I do not recommend. STAY AWAY...

Im a frequent customer here and today I went to wash my truck. I put my own cleaner on my tires and my rims before hand!!!!! I came out of the wash my truck was still dirty and the rims and tires looked like they had not even been washed. So I got one of the guys and told them and his response was well its not that big of a deal um yes it is actually because I paid $15 for a car wash and Im still going to have to go home and re wash it! The guy then said what do you want to do run it back through? Very rude! Ill pay $20 to the detailing guy on the side of the road before I ever go back here again!!!!

I used this Carwash and it damaged my vehicle. My right side factory mirror was damaged, my factory antenna on the right side of my car was damaged, and I have a dent and scratches on my car door. It has been a week and no call from management. The young boy working there duct taped the mirror, which keeps trying to come off, but it cant because of electrical wires. And to top it all off, my car was still dirty!!! Never use this place.

There wash was terrible. They let me run my car through again and it was still dirty on the rear (top to bottom, not just a spot). Scuffs on the sides from equipment, broken vacuums, and everything costs extra (glass cleaner, towel, air freshener). Suds provides all of that for the same price.
