not sure if i could rate zero stars, if so consider this a ZERO. i would not recommend this place EVER, for detailing take your vehicles to some place reputable where common courtesy is standard and quality is mandatory. my experience is going to small claims court. the work was not ready when promised, even after having to reschedule the pick up twice. the interior work performed was not satisfactory per the detailing job expected. they knew it, and offered a discount in advance knowing the result was poor. then the exterior of my vehicle was damaged in their possession. the owner simply lacks professionalism, called me a fraud by text and wont take my call to discuss a resolution although before and after pics in addition to their own surveillance footage is available. im forced to take legal action and get this resolved in small claims. see ya in court and the ruling can identify the true fraud!! in addition to having my vehicle repaired, hopefully it will teach the owner what accountability is. i will provide future updates, this business owner needs to be accountable for the work and damage. no wonder the business has several different names. and it sounds like the review on 3/20/12 was left by the owner himself. no one else could legitimately rate this place 5 stars and have the same name. ha Fraud!

Went to do Complete Interior & Exterior which is $159.00 and its terrible. My vehicle is SUV so they charged additional $24.00 and the service was not good at all. The detailing guy spoke too much but didnt done any good job. My rear seat arm rest was not cleaned, the cup holders were not cleaned and it took 8 long hours (dropped the vehicle at 8:00 am and took at 4:00 PM). Even in these long 8 hours they were not able to make the car clean at all, these are small minor things which they should have been taken care but unfortunately No. I AM NOT VISITING ANYMORE AND FOLKS PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE PLACE FOR YOUR CAR WASH (Detailing)

ZERO Stars. Waste of money. The interior was marginally cleaned and some light areas of silicone were applied and easy to see where it was not applied. Engine degrease was a joke, paint rub out was barely done, requested to have it done right and waited 3 days, picked it up and could not see anything different. Bought the equipment myself and did some research. The car looked beautiful after I was done and all the materials cost about what I paid these idiots to do. Plus I can do many more cars now. Dont waste your money at this place! You have been warned.

Great service here. On a Friday morning at 8 AM and -2 below the owner was cleaning my car and working his butt off knocking massive ice chunks off my car undercarriage for a seven dollar car wash. Its nice to see people actually care and take pride in their work. I hadnt thought about taking my car here for detailing but now I will.

I find them to do a better job than the Super Car Wash at 12 and Orchard. My cars would get some scrapes at Super, Ive never had that issue here. Best bet is the 6 pack for $30 of the Pit Row wash.
