Went there on a sunny winter day on 2-28-15, it was fairly busy. The port I went to did not have a scrub brush and there was no sign posted anywhere about its absence. No one was there to help. I had already inserted payment and was only able to rinse my car. This should not happen.

The change machine stole 5$ from me and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE FOR reimbursement. I know its only 5$, but either way Im not happy. After 10+ years of frequenting this establishment i will be going to the grand prix carwash instead.
