They do an average job, that is until I went in last Sunday for a full service and they crashed my car. As most people that go to Jax know you have to give your keys and they put the car down the conveyor. I was waiting at the end for my car and was wondering why it was taking so long. So I walked down and notice a car coming to my car and crashes into it. I ran around to the outside since the operator had no idea what was going on and the car kept crashing into mine. After asking him to stop the conveyor we walked up and the car behind mine is bumper to bumper with my vehicle. We wait for the manager who asks us to leave the wash so no one gets hurt. As I entered the building the manager stated that MY car jumped the rollers as if it was my fault, even though I was not in my car. Apparently my car controls itself and should be responsible. It came out of the wash with scrapes and dented my bumper but according to the manager "it didnt have that much damage" and thought I was overreacting to the fact that someone crashed my car and wouldnt take responsibility for it. They will deny any all faults that happen and blame it on your car, even when they take the keys from you. Would never recommend a full service wash as they will send your car down the conveyor empty and when they crash it they will blame it on your car. EDIT in response to company reply: There WAS and still is damage on my vehicle. The cars are rolling you wouldnt expect major damage, but there are dents and paint transfer on my bumper. I never pulled any one out of my car, that is an outright lie. I asked him to get out of my car as at this point I realized they will not take accountability for my vehicle and would never let them in or near my car again. Yes I swore, I was an upset customer in a business that was being blamed for something that was not in my control. What kind of customer service is to blame the customer??? My car would tell me if the tire pressure was low and I had my wheels aligned not even over a month ago, so yet again blaming the customer is not going to work. Maybe its time to fix something? Maybe upgrade your machinery??? Maybe change the Manager??? This is your 4th 1 star review in about a month. This business is a SINKING SHIP!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

First time going to Jax. Paid for basic membership. Asked to add wax to this session. Didnt get it (wasnt charged for it though). No biggie, but it gets worse. I drive a Ram so obviously Im gonna need good direction when pulling onto the track. The guy signaled to keep going forward straight. I was not gassing at all and was rolling slowly off the brakes. When the guy signaled to go right, I immediately hit the rail on the track. I didnt even get a chance to pull right as the guy signaled me too late. Whatever, Ill forgive that one too. I then asked the guys to make sure to get all the bird poop off my door and Sideview. After the wash and half assed drying job (I still tipped the drier coz I understand my Ram isnt a small job), I drive to my next thing. Get out of the car and guess what? Some of the bird poop is still on my door, side view, side window, and step rails. I was willing to forgive the first couple mistakes. But now, Im upset with all the terrible service.

generally had good experience until 2 weeks ago, it was a rainy Sunday and I wanted to have my wife cars interior cleaned, this guy at the booth checked the interior and pointed to a white stain, a few square inches, on the floor mat and claimed it was a vomit stain, and smelled like vomit, I was surprised that he can smell anything other than his own pungent cigaret odor. He then claimed, with indisputable certainty, that it was a bio hazard and it needed $60 dollar (or maybe $70) extra, and he needed to talk to his boss. Treated like a toxic hazard, I jdrove away and will never go back.

Worst Jax Ive been to. I got the $10 exterior wash, apparently Im supposed to get an air freshener as part of it, and I was given some scented business card, which I had to ask for, otherwise I probably wouldnt even have got that. Then the guy didnt even try to dry my car off, another attendant that was directing the car behind me to pull up happened to see that my car was still dripping wet and took care of it. Which he was visibly and verbally upset about, which I dont blame him for at all.

I got the $31.00 USD wash, inside and out. They did a great job vacuming the car and washing the mats. The exterior wash was really good, with the exception of the back outside. It was not dried all, but I asked them to dry it and it was not a problem. The windows were done well also. The only room for improvement I found, was the wipe down of the dashboard and center console. It doesnt look like it was touched at all. Other than that, it was a good experience.

My previous review was 5 stars and said, "Always a great job." But they cracked my windshield and refused to admit it happened in their wash. 1 star now. I know someone else who had a previous experience where they backed his vehicle into a pole. They wouldnt admit responsibility to that either. Too bad.

Had good experiences so far but took my SUV there yesterday but came out with ice still on my running boards and underneath of car even though I paid for underbody wash. Seems they didnt even rinse my car off from the start.

Hopefully, Jason responds to this comment like he does every other comment explaining how Jax is correct and the customer is wrong. Every other location is fine. This one is complete garbage. Avoid it.

Service took awhile for a full detailing and, for the price, still had some issues with the cleaning (streaky windows mostly). Left the rest of the car in great shape though!

An exterior basic wash for a sedan is not worth $6.99, but it is! Most of the bird crap and stains are still there. I wash my car every three weeks in the summer.

They pay great attention to big rims. The operator guides wheel cross car so that My 225/40 R18 rims have never been scratched by their guide rail.
