DO NOT USE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR! I have a nicely kept 2014 Chevy Tahoe and noticed a scratch after going thru their wash, I just chalked it up to something else. Went thru again a few days later, another scratch, just a little lower SAME SPOT. Next time I was in, brought it to the attention of an employee, after hearing I had a "complaint" (which it really wasnt , I was simply pointing something out so possibly they could fix the problem with their equipment) he immediately cut me off and put his hand in my face and " said there is nothing incan do for you, you have to speak to the owner." I said "ok, well is he here?" And he said "no he would be in 2 days later". Came back 2 days later, still no owner and just more rude answers..... Nice try on "playing" on the BEST CAR WASH - "JAX". JUST AS "Z" IS VERY FAR BEHIND "J" IN THE ALPHABET... As is the quality of "Zax Car Wash", compared to "Jax Car Wash". Save your money and try another was. Faulty machines and NON EXISTENT customer service. Horrible place of business. I always am Leary of establishments that try to "live" of the high standing of another business by attempting to make their name just like their best competition. And this is one of those businesses...

This place damaged my car and the manager refused to admit his equipment scratched it. I WAS an unlimited monthly member for over a year but I quit today. There is a 12 inch deep scratch in my clear coat with obvious other scratches consistent with a rotating brush tied in to the deep scratch. When I called the manager over he said "Ive been in the car wash business since 1988 and theres no way my car wash caused this issue." I take pretty good care of my car, wash it nearly every day and get out to wipe it all down afterward. I immediately noticed the scratch and this guy refused to acknowledge responsibility. As if no car wash ever scratched a car. Bad business and customer relations. He says hes not in this business to rip people off. Its not about that. Its about taking responsibility for your service and making it right with the customer. I have pictures. This is worthy of a lawsuit in small claims court.

I figured I would try this car wash out seeing how it is in my route between work because if they did a good job I was going to sign up for the monthly pass but I use the car wash and they did not do such a good job even renting it down in the beginning and the tire shine is non-existent at the end that I paid for also they put so much soap on the car which is good but they dont rinse it off it barely rences off at the end I had so much soap left on my car they just blew it off at the blow dryers its pretty sad when you pay $20 or 15 or even $10 for a car wash and then when you pull out you have to wipe it down and rewash it again because it still has soap residue all over it so I get a carwash now I have to go home and use my spray detailing spray just to clean it my rims were filthy it barely even got the dust off my car and my car is not very dirty I will say I am never using this place again it is horrible.

Just picked up a monthly pass a couple months ago for my Ram 2500 (so happy it actually fits, even on the rare occasion they forget to push in my right mirror!). I love being able to just drive in whenever I want, and the car wash does as decent of a job as one can expect from an automated wash. I always wish I could have a touchless wash just to guarantee no issues, but with a lack of one nearby this wash does a good job nonetheless. The only thing that makes me cringe when I pull in is that I think they blast into my wheel wells and exposed frame/metal parts with their sprayers, which is understandable for most people, but I spray my underbody and frame with an anti-rust product that can get taken off with a high pressure sprayer. Oh well, you can only ask so much, and this wash does a great job for what it is, and for what you pay. Very satisfied so far!

Spent $15 for a wash and could have done better at home with a bucket of water and a sponge. There was a bunch of dirt still on my car especially on the back, the rinse time isnt near long enough and I had soap running down my car afterwards that I had to wipe off with windex because thats all I had with me. The vacuum hoses are super short and I had to vacuum the front of my car, then back into the spot to vacuum the back seat and trunk. The vacuums worked really well and I only spent $1.50 to vacuum my whole SUV. Its annoying To have to turn around just to vacuum your whole vehicle, but I actually havent found decent vacuums so Ill likely go back for just those. Definitely will not be washing my vehicle there again.

Absolutely a great drive thru car wash. I have been on the unlimited minthly plane for about two years now and the service has been excellent. I have never had to take the car thru more than once. The is an air freshionaire along with excellant coverage with soap and rinsing solution. I signed up at $14.99/month/car. I feel it is still an excellant price at $19.99/month. Additional services if needed are also a bargain.

UPDATE : Received a call from the owners and they promptly refunded the money. Thank you very much. Ill be visiting again this winter. I went here to get the month long washes for $19.99 in January 2016. I havent been there since the end of January. These guys have been charging me $19.99 monthly for every month since January without my authorization. Not able to contact anyone.

One of the only automatic car washes that doesnt damage your vehicle when you take it through due to it having one of the best non touch drying unit systems out. Vehicle is always cleaned well and I dont have to dry a lot of water off of the vehicle afterwards. Highly recommend best around. I have the monthly service fee and Im quite happy with the service.

Ive had 2 vehicles in the plans since Zax opened and theyve always offered great service. I had a scratch problem and they made it right "no questions asked ". Other car washes could take learn alot by going to Zaxs.

The wash is really great and a good value for money. I have tried cheaper washes, but this one is worth every penny. I went for a $7 basic wash and they did a good job. Definitely go back again.

They have a problem cleaning under my spoiler, but the monthly payment system they have saves me a ton of cash. I wash my car 2 to 3 times a week thanks to the birds by my house.
