I have tried to resolve this with management privately but they have not responded. When I got here I asked for an interior wash only. The website said 54 dollars for that service. The guy opened the door and said theres too much dog hair and will cost 190 dollars. I said what ever it takes to make this clean. He also presold me on a full detail for my other car. Before they started working they immediately started asking for tips. They also told me it would take 2 hours to clean. I received a call a half hour later saying it was done. For 190 dollars I expected perfection. I did not get that by any means. Needless to say I will never have them touch one of my cars again.

Arrived about 9 am today. Ive never had a full service wash and it was my first time at Jax. Upon pulling up to the kiosk, the man was friendly and gave me plenty of options. He made it easy to order and pick out he correct option for me. I had the full service cleaning, inside and out and it came out sparkly clean. They removed the tar off of the driver door and it looked great. They told me it would take a few hours, and they could take my name and number and call me when it was done. Within 90 minutes it was complete. There was a little dirt left in the back of the Jeep that wasnt completely vacuumed, but all in all, it was a great experience. Still 5 stars.

I had car wash on 12/7. When driving back home it smelled like someone was smoking in my car. I have a 2 month old baby and do not smoke, or let people smoke in my car. I get home and pull up the driver side mat and there is a smoldering cigarette under the mat. Now my car smells like cigarettes. I called and talked to the manager, Jason, and he was very unapologetic, saying "yeah, that happens sometimes" Very disappointing. In every aspect of the business. The last 2 washes have been "half efforts" as well. There is still stuff on the floor that was not even vacuumed. I will not be coming back to Jax, and will recommend anyone else against the business.

Bought a brand new car. Took it to this location on a whim as I needed a quick wash. I got the exterior wash only. Upon leaving the car wash, I noticed a scratch on the roof of the car. The equipment at this location needs to be serviced. I should have gone with my first thought and washed the car myself but I expected that a car wash such as Jax would ensure a quality wash. Now I have to pay to get the scratch removed on a car that I have only had for a week. If you have a new car and dont want scratches on it after getting your wash, I urge you to choose another car wash or hand wash it yourself.

This is the worst car wash in town. I paid $20 for what I thought was the highest quality car wash, and when I got home my truck was still dirty. my running boards still had mud on them and my wheels were filthy. in addition to this, the wash left oily grease spots all over one side of my truck that werent there before I washed it. the staff is always rude and expect a tip to towel dry your vehicle, even though they always do a shitty job. Jax car wash is the perfect example of how a business should NOT be run. I will NEVER go back.

Not recommended. Had my SUV cleaned inside and out. Basic clean for $28.00. Outside is good but the inside was vacuumed and cleaned out like a toddler was put to work. They wiped the dust off everything but again, just skimmed the surface. Ive always cleaned my own car out. Ill probably never go back. Ill be cleaning it out again when I get home. Was hoping they could do the job that I didnt feel like doing today.

The wash itself is decent and the new vacuums are nice, but the people who actually clean the inside and dry the car are real hit and miss. Sometimes the car gets dried well, other times they miss an entire side. Same with the interior, sometimes a good job, other times they miss entire panels or Windows. The jax in Birmingham is better and more consistent in my experience...

It was the worst car wash i have ever been to. I paid for what they call "the everything exterior and interior" and they didnt even touch the inside and didnt even wash the exterior like they suppose to. This car wash is a huge rip off. I got charged 32 dollars... i do alot better job with my own hands in 30 min.

Bought a membership, $34.00. Truly wished they took the time out to make my car sparkle the same as thoughs that get a detailed wash. Dont think I will be continuing this membership after 7/14. I shouldnt have to get hassled over wanting armour all on my tires or getting bugs removed when dried.

I have been going to this location for years, as I was raised in Royal Oak, I have never received such a terrible full-service $20 car wash. – Was completely dirty candy wrapper still in the door, dust everywhere. I even had to take the cloth and wipe a lot of it myself.

Amazing place. The staff are always so welcoming and Eboni was an absolute pleasure. She was so pleasant on the phone and so helpful in person by helping me pick out the best package deal for my budget. My car came out beautifully! I definitely recommend Jax!

Was a 5 star review until the attendant just up and signed up me up for the club and put a white sticker on the black corner of my windshield. Stuck out like a sore thumb, and the guy didnt even ask if he could put on. Very very inconsiderate.

Had a horrible experience with Jax. Spent $110 to get a full detail on my car and it looked absolutely terrible. I expressed this to management and he was SO disrespectful towards me. I would definitely not recommend going here.

On my birthday, for my free wash, I caused an accident while in the curve going in. I held up the lane for about an hour. I could not have been treated better. Everyone was kind and considerate. Thank you all.

Certainly not worth what they charge. Exterior is no cleaner than lower cost washes and Windows were left with bad streaks on the inside which was much worse than if they didnt touch it.

Always SUPER friendly staff. I usually get the cheapest full service cleaning, its not perfect but for the price ($18.95) it makes my car look great. Shiny inside and out.
