*** STAY AWAY *** They apparently dont like to take peoples money. I went there today to try it out for the first time. I asked for the $3 wash that they advertise. The attendant said it would be an extra $1 because I was driving an SUV and it exceeded the height limit for the $3 wash. My SUV is a performance vehicle and is significantly lower than most SUVs. It looked like I was very close to their limit. I asked about this and just walked away into the office. I sat there with my money out and he returned after about 30 seconds. I asked him if want to take my money. He said, "NO, I dont want to take money from anyone that argues about $1" and refused to wash my car. I wasnt arguing with him, just asking a question. As I was leaving, he called me an A**Hole. Nice way to do business !

I took my car to Bloomfield Auto Wash Saturday morning. I paid for a $5 wash gave the girls $3 to dry it. Once I returned home I notice my brand new rims on the front drivers side was scratched. I returned to the car wash showed the guy working there my rim and he was rude telling me it was impossible for my rim to get scratched in there. He walked me to the entrance where you drive in to show me. There is a steal bar at the entrance and he says to me there is no black paint on the metal. How dumb do you think I am. He then gets an attitude with me and has me fill out a form and says his district manager will contact me on monday. We will see how true this is.

Went to get a car wash principally to have the snow flushed from the wheels to prevent vibration at high speeds. Was prepared to tip generously. Lights were on but no one was present. Tapped the horn several times and noticed that the door was open. So I went inside to see if they were open then was confronted by the only person there who became abusive and argumentative claiming I had no right to come into his shop. he then said I was banned from ever coming there again and took a picture of my license plate. I would never recommend this place. The work is marginal at best and this guy didnt seem to want any customers. Avoid them like the plague; I will.

I have been going to Bloomfield Auto Wash for some time now. Its does bother me when my car would be sprayed sometimes and not sprayed others. But one day I decided to tip just a dollar, those boys scrubbed my car and it came out great. Now I just tip a dollar everytime, and I come out perfect every time. There seem to be quite a lot of snobby people in Bloomfield Hills, who are these "dollar millionaires", expecting those boys to scrub you car for 3 dollars. If you throw them some love then will return the gesture.

The worst service EVER!!!!! The attendant was verbally abusive to me and possibly caused damage to my car by starting the wash while I was trying to talk to him. They REFUSED to spray the caked on mud off of my car and then he screamed at me that I needed to take it up with my Congressman along with various other obscenities. I filed a Police Report and will be taking my car into the dealership ASAP!!! I would highly suggest avoiding this Car Wash and this volatile child like man that works there.

They told me I have to tip $1 to get my car sprayed and brushed. After going through the wash, I noticed mud residual on one side of my car. I got back in line and the attendant told me it was from my wet tires from the wash and the dirt on the road (it was a dry day). He agreed to let me go through again but it still didnt come clean. I dont think anyone should go to this car wash until they change their business practices.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! Avoid this car wash. I just got yelled at because I refused to pay $2 for tire service. The man snatched my money from my hand, wouldnt guide me in and just kept screaming "come on, go, come on, come on" . The attendant didnt turn the wash on either. No soap just water and brushes. I was never impressed with this car wash, it was just convenient but now I will never go back.

I stopped in since there appeared to be a fund raiser going on for the high school with kids holding signs, waiving down cars, and drying cars. I paid in cash (with no receipt) for a $9.00 Wash, which is supposed to include the wheels and under carriage, but when I arrived home I saw that neither had been cleaned! I hope that some of the $4.00 extra that I paid goes to the high school.

Paid for the "Best Wash" $9.00 and gave a $2.00 tip. Guy takes my money never says anything then he just sent my truck through. No prewash or spay down before hand. There was no line and the one guy was sitting by the vacuums on his phone and the one who took my money hurried back inside to text. $11.00 total for nothing. Going back tomorrow. Will update on what happens.

Went there today after driving through a snow storm on the way back from FL. Granted all I wanted is to get the major dirt off but for my $3.00 wash the guy would not even spray off the heavy dirt. My car came out clean on the tops and sides but the front and back were just as dirty. This place has gone totally down hill. Dont go there!!!

My car jumped the rails twice and they accused me of having my foot on the brake. I did not. He would not give me the owners phone number. It was a complete waste of money as my car was not washed properly and it was a frightening experience having to drive out of the car wash. Do you think they offered to reimburse me? No.

I got yelled at for not pulling forward fast enough. The guy threw h my change at me literally threw the money into the window in my lap then pounded on my windshield yelling forwardforward forward. I flipped him off through the window. Will never go to this car wash again. This is not the first time we run into an attitude

Shocked to see the reviews on here being so poor. The guys at Bloomfield Car Wash are always out of there way nice when I go through the line. They are super supportive of all cheer teams for the school district and help out the kids reach their fundraising goals to the fullest!! Thanks guys for always helping BHHS CHEER!!!

I was in a line for 10 mins When my turn came , I gave him my credit He starts yell and say we dont accept credit I told him let me check He starts yelling again and said turn back Turn back I told him you guys used to accept my credits He said thats a lie... Such ride guy working there !! I wont recommend it

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! If you dont want to have the car damaged. For the reviews, it seems is very often happen they break the REAR WIPER. They said to me " you can call the cops or wherever you have to do". Never thought for $3 dollar need to have my new cars wiper replaced. They said is not their fault it is my fault.
