I took my minivan to the Madison Heights location for detailing and interior cleaning. When I picked up my van 4 hours later it still had a stain on the back seat and every nook and cranny that I though would be clean still had dirt, etc. in it. When I brought it to Craigs attention he started wiping out the door panel, I then picked up the piece around the e brake and it was loaded with dust and a red drip of something, he was like oh give me that I can wipe it off. I then looked drink holder and the corners were filthy still. He said " If you want to leave it for another hour we can clean it better, but I already paid 2 guys $10 an hour for 4 hours and I charged you $77 so its a loss for me at this point !" After I had to get two rides already and it was time to pick up my kids from school, I said forget it. The van was vacuumed and empty when I dropped it off. I could have done a better job with mi Bissell. What a joke and waste of money. The carpet wasnt even clean as you can see I wiped it with a white t-shirt and it was nasty. In my opinion there is no way 2 guys did anything more than a quick wipe, carpet and upholstery cleaning. I keep a pretty clean car and this should have been an easy job !

Unfortunately I got there at 7:52 p.m. and they close at 8 p.m. There were two guys working. One of the guys took out the brush and started cleaning the right side. The other guy did not even bother scrubbing anything on the left side of the car. He just sprayed some water and then got me into the wash. I am very disappointed because my window was down when i drove in and i heard the guy on the left saying "you dont have to do it good." I was hoping that they werent talking about my car but i guess they were. I spent less than a minute inside the auto wash... this was my fastest car wash ever. Im not saying the place is bad cause i used to come here often but the 2 employees tonight did not do their job.

Updated Review They installed an automated payment system which does not accept my coupons (I receive coupons for a free Wash Pointe car wash from my oil change place). The man at the car wash said they still accept the coupons but I have to get the attention of a worker and theyll come out and override the payment system. :-/ As of March 2017, the cost for a basic wash is $5.00. My wash yesterday didnt even get all the dirt/salt off the side of my Jeep. The good thing about this car wash is that it has a touch-less drying system, which many SUVs need to avoid damaging their rear wiper. If you dont need the touch-less drying system, save your money and go to a cheaper car wash. They do just as well.

Excellent. Do yourself a favor and get that subscription! They continue to upgrade equipment for a better wash. Scrubbers that touch the car are always in good shape, they never look old and dirty like some places. From wash system to the landscaping, this place is very well maintained. I pass a well known chain and the up-selling ex-cons they employ just to go here. Dont worry about the lack of towel dry, towels at other places are never clean anyway, leaving dulling micro scratches. Just get the subscription, wash often and your car will air dry just fine.

After spending $10 on a car wash earlier this week found that that cost doesnt include something as simple as rinsing out the wheel wells. Fast forward 2 days later and I figure id give them another chance. Another $10 and even requesting them to rinse out the wheel wells, which didnt happen, they are still not clean. Even if you have to go out of your way, find someplace else to give your money.

paid for the works wash today. i had to move my mirror back in place i noticed that there was still a lot of dirt on the hood. i went back through to the guys and told them of the problem. they did rewash my suv with no problem but only with the basic. it washed off all of the tire shine. i dont know if it also washed off other stuff like wax. im just not happy i didnt get all i paid for.

Very thorough car wash. Slightly expensive, but definitely worth the extra money. One of the self service vacuums has a scent sprayer that has a broken button. The first time I used it, the scent sprayed all over my leather interior. It left a weird residue on the leather. It was a waste of a dollar and annoying to clean up. Aside of that experience, this car wash is great.

A tad expensive but you get a high quality wash and now a 48 hour re wash garuntee on the works wash. Rain or shine they will re wash free if unhappy. Ive been coming here with all me and my wifes cars for years on a almost week to bi weekly basis. Now has automated comouter kiosks, and a well kept up.and uodated wash bay. Newer everything inside.

Did not dry my truck all the way. Also there is still dirt around the hood of my ram where it meets the bumper the employee taking my money did just that, no how are you or thank you. I probably wont be back I can get the same service plus towel dry for the same price else where I just wanted to try something new. I got the works which is 9.99.

I always get the "works" at 10.00 and always throw an extra 2-4 dollar tip..if doing so, my vehicles always come out very clean! I like towel drying my own vehicles, so not having someone towel dry my vehicle is no problem to me. But they do have a heated blow dry that dries the vehicle alright. Thanks Wash Pointe!

I used to like this car wash but today I went thru and they packed the cars so tight together I got someones wax all over my car. When I got home it looked like I did not wash the car at all. My dad had the same problem. Im going back to jax on Woodward and 11 mile. This place is getting horrible

Wow! I was in desperate need of a good wash and my tires and rims were very dirty. Many automatic car washes dont use a lot of soap and struggle to clean the wheels but not this one. My wheels were super clean and the tire shine looked great. I will continue to visit this location in the future.

I first went to this car wash because of I-75 construction and I used John R. as an alternate route. The building was clean and easy in & out access. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the employees. My last visit there I bought a VIP card because is the washes are great!

Fantastic car wash! Friendly staff, always clean, and I love the 25 cent vacuums. My wife and I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and have never received a bad wash yet. Way to go Wash Pointe!!! Quick tip, pick up a VIP card and save yourself a buck off every wash.
