I lived right across the street and this was a very convenient car wash for a long time for me. I once even had a monthly membership. Ive never been too keen on car washes like this, as the spin brushes are horrible for your cars paint, but my car was a bit old and didnt really care. However, just a note, if you have a new car dont use an automated car wash! hand wash it or bring it somewhere that has the pressure sprays. Never use an automated car wash with the spin brushes on a new car/paint job. Its terrible. Anyways, I came here once and used the automated car mat shaker that shakes out the dirt in the mats, that you feed through the little machine. I put the mat in exactly as it says and it got jammed. I asked an employee to help get it undone and when he took the mat out it was all ripped up. I was pretty upset as the mat was damaged beyond repair and looked terrible. I was not really mad or aggravated as the employee was a bit older and didnt want to be rude. I said no worries and just asked for the manager. The manager was nice about it and apologized but he just kept saying when you use the machines you are using it on your own liability. Well, I explained to him that the employee was the one that ripped the mat! He said I have to call the car was owner. The manager gave me the owners number and wow, the owner was very rude and did not care at all what happened. He said tough luck and I shouldnt of used the machine. He never said sorry or offered any resolution. This is not how you treat someone that has spent hundreds of dollars at your car wash. Perhaps he could of offered me a few free washes or something... at least one free car wash? Or an Im sorry. Nothing. I called the police and had a police report written up as a new set of carmats (is all mine comes in) is 250$ from Honda. So I had 250$ in damaged property. The police said to send the report to the company and a letter requesting payment and if they do not reply then take them to small claims court. I said whatever, dont have time for it as I was moving away from the area. All in all, this is a terrible company run by greedy inconsiderate people. STAY AWAY.

Great wash and great experience every time. I also want to add that I saw Ethan Stanleys wreck (he left a review) at the car wash and it was his fault. He did not have his vehicle in neutral. His SUV was traveling faster than the rollers which were no where near his SUV. Unfortunately I have to change my review. I had a bad experience at the car wash. I am a club member and ran my truck through and it was covered with soap and I pulled around and run it through again and there were no employees available to discuss it with so I waited at the entrance to the wash. Then a female employee -a Spanish girl- came up to me and my girlfriend and started to chastise us and basically speaking to us very condescending and very aggressively about how we should have asked somebody before we pulled the car around and asked us what type of wash we had and then once I told her she questioned it and asked me for a receipt and then wouldnt give me the same wash that I paid for. I was shocked that I was being treated like a delinquent child at this car wash which I have patronized for a long time in fact since they have open their doors. Im now questioning whether Im going to continue my loyalty at this location.

Update: Went back with my Moms car, went through as smooth as ever. When I got out I was recognized by the manager from my previous (and unfortunate) experience. He called me into the office and showed me the surveillance footage of my car going through the wash nearly a month ago. There was a general consensus that no, my car was never on rollers but it was in neutral. Instead of "Gear in neutral> Foot off the brake" I did "Foot off the brake> Gear in neutral". Still wouldnt have been an issue had the roller been where it was supposed to be. A tip to the owner/ the police officer who reviewed my footage: A direct shift from drive to neutral does not pass over reverse, my reverse lights did not have to flash. In the end, Im glad the issue was somewhat resolved. Thanks to the manager who took the time out of his shift to bring me in and run over the footage with me. Turns out my procedure was wrong, but so was theirs. My car was just rolling away in neutral with nothing guiding it.

Service Over & Beyond the Call of Duty I brought a few of our cars in for emissions inspection. Upon arrival we were enthusiastically greeted by Marco and given a breakdown of their offerings which can include an inspection/car wash(s) options. One of our cars could not connect to the emissions machine, and both Marco and the manager Ryan opened the hood and tried to isolate the problem for me. I was hoping it was a quick fix like a fuse and a quick visit to advanced auto parts. They spent quite a while helping me and isolated the problem to be the wiring. Honestly, its been a really long time since I have received this kind of service from any business establishment. Definitely returning! Also, the $10 a month unlimited car wash seems like a great deal to me!

I highly recommend going to this car wash for the services that they offer! I have been going to another car wash in the area for a long time but there customer service has gotten to be horrible and pricey and I was mistreated there once so I decided to come here for a wash and was blown away! I saved so much money getting an emissions inspection and a car wash! An incredibly nice young lady helped me out with everything and was very friendly (I wish I knew her name to tell the manager how great she did) but all in all I was blown away by the experience here and will start coming here more than the other place

Apparently you people who are giving this place good marks have never been to a real car wash. Why spend $12 at this place when you can get the same automated service at a gas station for $7? I pulled out of there and had to pull over to reattach my antenna, push my mirrors back out, and finish drying my truck so I didnt have watermarks all over my truck. The automated wash sprayed tire shine on my tires and the side of my truck. Staff was very friendly but go to a full service car wash.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I HAVE A NEW CAR AND ENDED UP LEAVING WITH SCRATCHES ALL OVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. THEIR MANAGER, LUIS PENA, IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. HE SHOULDNT BE EMPLOYED ANYWHERE MUCH LESS BE A MANAGER. HE ISNT QUALIFIED AND ISNT CAPABLE OF WORKING WITH PEOPLE. DIDNT CARE TO HELP OR RESOLVE MY ISSUE. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT KNOW THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
