Finally... after days of Seattle like weather, I decided to give this place a try since its very close to my office. Unfortunately, my 1st experience sucked! I paid for a deluxe service that I believed included vacuuming and cleaning of windows. I was called to get my car and noticed that it wasnt cleaned properly (dirty areas). I asked the guy to please get the dirty areas and I tipped him. The gentleman walking around (I assume was the manager), had to tell the guys cleaning my car to vacuum it again because he saw the leaves and dirt for himself before I got in the car to leave. As I was leaving, I asked if he cleaned my windows and he assured me that they were cleaned. I took him at his word. Later that night on my way home from work, I noticed that my windows still had the same dirt film. Dirty windows is one of the primary reasons that I get my car cleaned/detailed on a weekly basis. I just hate that I wasted my time and money at this location. :(

This seems to be a pretty efficient car wash. I arrived sometime around noon and told the guy outside what I needed and he immediately suggested a $90 service, which I quickly declined. Luckily, he understood, showed me a few other options, and showed me where I can go to wait. The inside area could be better. I saw a few dead roaches and a lot of dust. They do have iPads, computers, a TV, and free wifi. The receptionist was not welcoming and was overwhelmed by the 4 customer line she had. About 45 minutes later they called my car, offered me a car scent and a bottle of water, showed me the car and that was it! I am pretty impressed, after I paid $39.99 I saw parts of my car I had never seen before. They made my tires shine bright and did an impeccable job vacuuming in between my seats! It also smells delightful! I will definitely be coming back here.

Let me preface this review with a confession. I worked at a car wash when I was a kid and they used to teach us to do the hard sell when the customer pulls in. I know to just say which wash I want say no thank you to any extra crap they try to sell you. With that said... I made it past the young lady trying to sell me wheel sealant to help stave off break dust... huh? No thanks... Onto the wash. They did a great job. They cleaned all the little things I would have cleaned and went over the places where the water creeps out after its been dried off. 3 managers looked over the car and they gave me a bottle of water and did one more wipe down on my way out. Ill definitely go back...

I just had my car washed 2 hours ago. I didnt like this place - it scrached my new Acura SUV on both sides. I just came back from a long trip in the snow and salt from north east states, and wanted a Special Wash with Under Flush in mind. I should said No when the front woman recommended a "Deluxe Wash" with $2 additional charge. I was told it includes "Under Flush" verbly, but never saw it in printing. After paid about $20, I found my car damaged. I will never go to this place again.

Ok place but the manager Rezette Sprawls talks to his employees like trash. I dare not have my kids present outside when I have to go because of the foul language and disrespect he shows. Not customer friendly either. Doesnt seem to care about the customer needs. Plus hes a convicted felon with multiple drug related charges. I just cannot bring myself to do business with an establishment that chooses to have someone like that running the place.

Superior Service!! The Cactus Car Wash in Alpharetta dominates over its competition! I used to work at a car detailing company in college and let me tell you.....the staff really know how to make any car shine! Friendly staff, effective cleaning supplies, and snacks. If you have your kid(s) with you....make sure to check out the squirt guns inside. When your car comes through you can shoot it with the water cannons!!

They are usually pretty quick (only had one instance otherwise) and do a thorough job. If you just want to run your car through the wash really quickly with no extras it is pretty cheap and does a much better job than the gas station quick wash options that can cost a buck or two more. The waiting area has comfortable seating indoor and out. There are a couple free-to-use computers as well.

I have been to many different car washes and Cactus seems to be the best machine/ full wash for the price.The best way to clean detail your car is to do it your self. The detailing department is OK . Did not remove swirl marks like promised. They got wax all over the place. I would give them a B+ Compared to others like them they are a little better than average for the price.

Cactus car wash did a very nice job on my truck today. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the building and the friendliness of the staff. After I picked up my truck I was very pleased with the results. I have 2 kids and a dog and they tend to make a mess of things and cactus did a great job of getting it back to clean. I will def. be going there again!!!

I have been going to car washes for many years. This was by far my best experience anywhere. When I showed up my car was beyond dirty . They were exceptionally nice and professional and worked like crazy to cover every detail. The car wash manager Rezette Sprawls was exceptional in every way. I would recommend these folks to anyone and I WILL be back.

I wish I could thank whom ever was cleaning the inside of my car out, she had found my Michael Kors watch and proved there is still decent people put here by placing it nicely on my arm rest. It also a plus that they treat there regulars so nicely and ask about family members, even the pups who occasionally come along for the car wash ride!

At first when I saw the truck there where some spots I was upset about. But after talking with the management team and having them explain the situation. They took care of me and will take care of you and you car. Rezette you are the man brother. Thanks fir explaining everything to me!! Best car wash in Alpharetta

They dont wash cars - they sell "packages". After "deluxe" treatment the car was dirty in several places. I was told that I need to buy another package. For example removing leaves under windshield wiper is consider cleaning the engine. Sorry, but I have some idea where the engine is.

Very very unhappy with their service. I paid for Deluxe service and it was mentioned that it does come with RainX protectant and under flush but nobody care to do both of these things. I would recommend always take basic package here since anyhow you will not get full service.

Will was SO very helpful! It was my first time here at Cactus, he identified my "dirty spots" and worked with me to find the best fit for both my budget and my vehicle. The friendly staff here and the wonderful job they did will definitely make me a return customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
