Ive been a semi-regular customer here since they built this place. Always so/so, never great and never really bad until today. I usually get the full service and they do an ok job for $12. Last time on a whim I paid the extra $3.50 for wheels since my car has mags that get a ton of brake dust in them and they are very open so theres no hiding it. That last time the guy finishing the car took the time to do it right so I doubled the tip to $5 and told him why. Today they just brushed over and the wheels looked worse half clean than they did when I drove up. I asked the manager about it and he told me no, they dont do those because they had a guy get his hands cut up in the brakes the other day. Well -duh- thats why I paid them $15.50 to do it for me. No apologies, no offer to make it up, nothing. I stuffed my tip money back in my pocket and drove off. If the manager hadnt been such a dick about it, Id have given them at least 2 or 3 stars. Beware.

Very unimpressed. I came in to get the car heavily detailed. I spent close to $100, which is understandable because my kids were muddy when they got in the car from practice and it was an absolute mess inside the car. I dont mind paying a lot of money if I get the results, unfortunately this was not the case. The inside cleaning was ok at best, I felt as though they vacuumed the inside and sprayed it with fragrance as opposed to really getting in and cleaning. They outside job was atrocious. They definitely just put it through the machine like the ones in the gas stations. When i got home I had to get a bucket of water and soap and clean around the corners the machine couldnt get to. Please Cotton Creek, take care of your customers with better results; otherwise soon you wont have any to upset.

I did inside out clean thinking paying more would result cleaner car. When I was inside the waiting room a customer came back said her car got dent on the body after the car wash. When I checked my car after the clean, vacuum clean was not properly done under my seat. Ive shown to a guy who looks like manager and if he can do vacuum again. He looks a little upset. He took my car to vacuum again. Later I found out my personal stuff was missing like garage door opener and some keys I have kept in cup holders. I found out when I went home to open my garage door. I called them and the manager told me he knows nothing about it. Better watch out for the people who work there. They can totally screw up your car and day.

Oh my gosh this place was terrible! I bought the managers special for over $30 and cannot believe how bad it was!! The car wash broke my rear wiper and that threw things off right away. They handled the damage well but when I went to the car it was still dripping, there was trash in one of the door cup holders and the cup holders in the console were not even wiped out! The carpeting, dash, windows and tires all looked excellent. But seriously, they didnt even wipe out the cup holders or throw out the trash? I was so disgusted by the poor service and thinking about getting the wiper repaired that I didnt think it would do any good to talk to the manager...again. This certainly isnt Cotton Creek Car Wash anymore!!!

I second Johns review thinking paying more will result in cleaner car. We are lucky that we cleared our car before giving in the keys and did not loose anything.. except time and money. The car wash was basically just like any gas station drive through car wash. Its not just that they did not apply the air freshener for the interior that we paid for, there were still small spots on my car after the wash which was the whole reason why we sent the car there. They commented that the only way to cleared the spots was to buff them off. Applying only small amount of car washing detergent around the spots when we got home, that cleared up the spots - buffing?

Awful car wash. I had been a Cotton Creek customer every week since 2008. I was so sad when it was sold, but decided to give autobell a shot. I have been to autobell 6 or 7 times and its been terrible each time. It is way to expensive for what you get. The car comes out dirty, dripping in soapy water. They rush to vacuum it since they are vacuuming the car in the car wash tunnel, so the carpets are still always filthy. Then, if you complain, the teenagers running the place dont seem to care. I defintely wont be back, and I doubt this place will be here long. Fortunately a new car wash just opened up down the road that is less than 1/2 the price.

Horrible customer service, now that they are under new management. I had been a very loyal customer up to this point -- have used their service probably 100 times. Yesterday, I came in right at 6pm to get a quick wash before closing. The manager refused saying the tunnel is on a program and it locks the code right at 6pm. The only thing was, he has his buddys car right next to me getting vaccumed and he sends this car through the tunnel just after I leave (I was curiously watching from the gas station across the street). What a jerk. If that is the way you treat your most loyal customers, I will NEVER go there again.

My wife took her car for a cleaning after our Chocolate Lab got sick in the back seat. She was completely stressed out so she emailed Cotton Creek to determine what services she would need and if they could provide this type of detail. She had the recommended treatments and they did an AMAZING job - the inside looks like new and smells great. She also left cash in her ash tray, garage door opener, cell charger and laptop in the car and it was all still there after the cleaning! Thanks Cotton Creek!

I paid $20 for a "full service" carwash. I got in my car and noticed they hadnt wiped out the cup holders or the side compartments and they hadnt vacuumed under my car mats. It all just looked terrible. It makes sense because the entire staff was poor-attitude teenagers. I tried to get their attention to express my dissatisfaction and they all had disappeared! Just wondered off. Extremely disappointing service and I will not be returning again. I miss Cotton Creek Carwash!

Was not impressed.. dont waste your money. Outside of my car looked nice but it was a drive through wash so you can get that anywhere. They were supposed to vacuum and wipe the inside which they did on the windows and the dash board but their vacuum job was terrible. I still had dog hair, and grass and crumbs on the floor/seats of my car. Not to mention they didnt even bother to vacuum inside cup holder area( it was dirty!). Pretty pissed that I just wasted my 17$

They are pretty good. Maybe a little more expensive compared to Cactus car wash but overall they do a decent job. They never seem to able to get my windows clean and they dont clean the engine bays,on any detail package. On the positive side the paint is always clean and Ive Never had any issues with wheels, tires, dents, missing items, etc. Also, they have a touch less wash so the car is almost clean before it goes through a cycle of brushes.
