Maybe a little too "Soft". Stopped by this past Wednesday (25% off for men) and purchased the full interior and exterior wash package, along with a Wheel Bright & Armorall treatment for the rims/tires. My car was dirty, but nothing that should require considerable scrubbing. There was one area where the birds had decided to leave a gift for me, so I knew that needed to be given some attention. Being the summer we all have bugs smeared across our front bumpers. My car is no exception. The interior was pretty clean, as I had already wiped down the leather seats and plastic parts after a mud volleyball tournament a few weeks prior. Just needed a good sweep for the most part. I watched my car go through the bay and then the hand dry and tire treatment. The amount of time I waited was not unreasonable considering I went during lunch hour rush and Mens Day. The detailer motioned me over when he was done and I took a quick look, tipped him and hopped in to head back to work. I have only had my car a few months, so it doesnt take much to bring back the factory shine. When I got back to the office I took a closer inspection and noticed that the bird poop and bugs were still there. How could this be?! I paid $20 with a 25% discount and tip. I could have washed it myself for half the price and gotten those pesky things out. All-in-all probably a little overpriced for what you receive.

Their detailing work is awesome! The inside of my car had not been cleaned in 7 years (with people eating in it, etc.). It was a horrible mess. I decided to get it detailed because it was way too much to do myself. The price was great for the terrible condition it was in. It came out looking like new! I didnt think it would be possible! Absolutely beautiful. The man that cleaned my car was Lou (I want to give him cudos). BTW, dont forget to give a big tip to the one cleaning your car! Its a lot of hard work!

Went in today for wash. I recently returned from a road trip and the truck was covered with bugs. I specifically asked for the "best" wash they offered and pointed out the bugs, asking, can you remove all of this? I was told not to worry "well take care of it". $30 paid, 2 hours later and 2 trips thru the wash, I left with lots of bugs still all over the truck. I had to go home and do it myself. Needles to say I was not impressed with their service.

We just bought a used van that was in decent shape, but needed a good interior cleaning. We took it to soft touch and couldnt be happier with the results. Our van looks brand new!! They had the job done in about four hours, and were even able to remove duct tape and a bumper sticker. Even though we only bought an interior detail job, they washed the exterior as well. Super happy customers, and a $110 well spent!!!

I just arrived into Dayton and was searching for a good full service car wash. I finally found Soft Touch. It was amazing. Better than any place I have ever been. They were kind and helpful. The facility was immaculate. The detail was impeccable. They took their time and did it right. I am so very thankful to know where to go to care for our cars. You guys do a great job!

Was not expecting the level of detailed service received. Thought it was a fancy car wash machine. Found out theres a whole lot more...for the premium package (granted more expensive than the premier tier at other car washes) they vacuumed the car, hand buffed, dried, and cleaned the windows and surfaces. The car looks great, and I think it was worth the money.

I took my car in to get the interior detailed. Let me say, it was an absolute wreck - I was embarrassed and sympathetic to the crew that had to clean it. When I picked it up it was absolutley stunning. Looked like the day I bought it. Supremely impressed and thankful for such a job well done. Ill definitely return and highly recommend this service to anyone!

Great quality car wash is what you get at Soft Touch Car Wash. Soft Touch has a real at home feel too it, all the employees are very kind and helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile. They really get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. Take care of the men up front and they will take very good care of you.

The car is nice and clean but for the money, i thought theyd vacuum the car out too. Maybe should look into that. They cleaned the outside of my car, wheels, windshield front and back, inside and out, and my rubber floor mats. They were really nice and polite too.

A excellent premium carwash option in Centrrville. The facility is clean and cars comeout of the wash consistently clean, but its impossible to get every spot when using an automatic wash. Drying/finishing staff are hard working and supervised by management.

Very nice people! But they didnt do a good job of cleaning the interior of my car. I had to retake it and still the cup holder had dirt all over. Very disappointed!
