Agent Mary Conrad I purchased a home in the Spraybery school district 2016 and I paid the most money for the home. Everyone in my subdivision paid 15k less for every home. I was not advised correctly. A house sold 30days after for 15k less again. Realtors are the professionals and should guide their clients. But all they get paid for is submitting paper work. The list price was inflated and I did my own negotiation (no guidance) and was advised I should pay my own closing cost since went 10k under list prIce. The list so completely inflated. I was completely on my own.. I will advise all home buyers to take a detail class not just watch YouTube. My buyer agent had worked with the seller agent in the past Bad idea! I paid more than any house in my area and now Im stuck. Please do not use this company.
