Debbie Williams is a seasoned buyers’ realtor who knows Cherokee County like the back of her hand. We were relocating out of state. Debbie Williams was happy to help us either find a resell buy or a builder for a new build. My most appreciated quality in Debbie Williams’ help is her listening skills. She never tried to market us or talk us into anything. She did remember with precision what we told her were our wants and non-wants. It was a long list. So when we contacted her with a new online listing, she quickly gave us the pros and cons based on what we were seeking both in a house and a neighborhood. This saved us a lot of time. She helped us focus on viewing just those properties that were real possibilities. She also gave us facts about neighborhoods outside our pick-list which she felt would be relevant to our search. We did put a contract on a house but walked away due to a disappointing inspection report. The next day Debbie Williams called us with a new listing she thought met our check list. We ended up buying this one. She didn’t stop working hard for us until we had found our right home. This was our 11th house and we were well researched, but there is no doubt we would not have found this house without Debbie Williams help. She’s a pro.
