I wanted to thank all of you at Crew Core – this has been the best workout I have had in a very long time. I signed up for the Lean Down challenge based on my qualifications: I’m over fifty, I’m 20+ pounds overweight and need to be active (i.e. I was a couch potato). But to my benefit, I discovered your qualifications. You were the gem hidden behind this challenge which drew me in. You are above and beyond personalized training, you care. You have created a comfort zone for ANYONE wanting to get fit to come in and start where they are. No matter how many people are in a session or how fit (or not) they are, you pay attention to each individual – ensuring they are pushing themselves, using proper form for their best benefit and modifying when necessary. Because of this you have created a caring community, where we are all supportive of each other. Your workouts are a challenge, but the variety of stations and the constant changing prevents workouts from being monotonous so the time flies by. After the challenge was over, I evaluated my past experiences and even looked into some new ones. No other place I looked at has the total package and community you offer, so I am looking forward to continuing with Crew Core for my fitness needs. I feel stronger, leaner and more enthusiastic about my health and fitness as a result of my experience with you. Thanks so much and I look forward to hitting my goals! Sharon

Most people want to be healthy but dont know where to begin. Yano and his team are the answer to your lack of knowledge. I have done things before to try to get in shape and lose weight.
