I thought I was calling LA Fitness – I felt like I called Comcast! Thank you Pablo for your smart mouth and condescending attitude when I called to speak to your General Manager/Operations Manger today. The highlight of my call was when I asked GM/Matt’s schedule? To say I was surprised when you told me your general manager “ doesn’t really have a one. He’s here when he’s here and he’s not when he’s not. When he is here, he takes a bunch of breaks through out the day and a lunch at some point. Leaves when he wants to. So you should just keep calling until you get him ” is an understatement – Thank you for assuring me you would be notating MY account of the conversation when I asked for your name. You can thank one of your co-workers for suggesting I do the same for you, on here! GM – Matt & Operations Manager - Katie not in today. (Katie hasn’t been in the office for at least the last 9 days I have called – from out of the country – no messages returned by US phone# or email) Given how much effort the organization puts into ensuring their customers have NO WAY to contact anyone of value within this organization, I shouldn’t be surprised by the comments I received by their staff today. I removed someone from my account at the Roswell West location a YEAR ago. 5 MONTHS later, I was still being billed, 6 MONTHS later, I AM STILL BEING BILLED. I have now had to CANECEL my CREDIT CARD to cancel a secondary user on my account.

What a joke the management is at this location. My card was ran without my permission for a membership all because no one ask to see Id. When trying to get my money back I find out it was the general manager of all people who made such a mistake and now Im being told I will hv to wait to get my money back!!!! Seriously the girl on the phone was kind and helpful and seems way to personable to be working with such management that refused to call me to get this worked out because he said its his day off!! Seriously your management team took my money and you dont I time to call me to resolve an issue that should I never happened!!! Piss poor Mickey Mouse management is what thats called you broke the law in running a card without asking for id and you dont care what position it puts me in. I will definitely be making time to call the BBB and file a complaint and I hope someone realizes the general manager that didnt hv time to call me and handle this is not an appropriate fit for a large company such as this. Next step is all corporate, BBB, and see if anyone cares then. What they did is wrong and I would never belong to a gym that was so big they dont he time to care about the situation they put there employee in the middle of dealing with today or care about people.

This gym is FAR better than the one on Holcomb Bridge. I go out of my way to go to this one. I had a bad experience with the trainers at the Holcomb Bridge location and these guys turned it around and really WOW-ed me. The trainers there - Chad and Kliff - they are awesome! Derek, the manager, has been really supportive about having a high standard with his trainers and follow up! I would recommend anyone give these guys your investment for fitness results - its well worth it.

This gym and staff are completely horrid. My child broke a tooth while under the care of a thoughtless, careless, and inept worker who would rather be sitting at her desk than watching the children she has been entrusted with. After the incident she then lied and blamed my 5 year old. Thank GOD for honest children who exposed her lies. I would stay away from this place at all cost. They will never get my business or money. STAY AWAY

Good LA Fitness overall, just really outdated. One of their oldest gyms OTP. There are good things about it however, its never super crowded like alot of other gyms and they have some of the old school machines that work really well that you dont see in any other gyms. Is a gym where theres a lot of "minglers" that just take up benches and machines which is annoying as well.

Very disappointed that a brand new facility was built but with less amenities! I was expecting more. Instead of taking away the hot tub and sauna, I was expecting maybe they would have added a steam room. At the very least included the sauna. The new equipment and facility are great.

For what I pay its five stars (they don;t cost much however) Its no Concourse but for a chain they do well. Last year I would have not given them this many stars cause the mens bathroom stunk (near urinals). If we could keep the locker room floors a little cleaner it would be great!

Have been visiting this gym for years as a guest of family members. The reception I get varies widely based on the management. Currently management is very accomodating of guests and welcoming. Facilities are as expected for a corporate gym and the facility is clean.

My favorite LA Fitness by far in the area. I dont have to hunt for weights. Also, the girls up front are the friendliest and most upbeat welcoming people I think Ive ever been greeted by. The only downside is can think of is that they close comically early.

Whats the purpose of building a new center and larger location if you take away the sauna and hot tub? NO SAUNA, NO HOT TUB. Worse location ever. I hate to workout and cant relax after in the sauna or hot tub. I wont be back at this location. So sad.

Long-time member, I usually choose this location when on the north side of Atlanta. Nothing special or unique. Never a problem getting in. They need to spend more effort and time cleanimg the mens locker. Can get nasty. Again, nothing stellar here.

This place has the poorest customer service, takes a really long time to repair things and doesnt seem to treat its people well. I am long standing member because we got a really good deal on membership.

I come to this club several times per week. I like it pretty good. There are a few long-term maintenance issue that should be addressed but overall its fine.

The new Roswell-West location is the best LA Fitness I have ever been to. I even like it better than their Signature location in Tampa
