Warm, Comforting, Credible, Compassionate, and Responsive - These are the immediate first words that come to my mind when considering Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services. We unexpectedly lost my father just a few days ago and the outpouring of answers and empathy that theyve had in this time of grief and confusion has been incredible. Theyve handled everything for us beautifully and with the utmost integrity (Brian, the owner, even misquoted me a price - and honored the lower rate even after discovering the discrepency). From handling arrangements, to answering calls and texts around a myriad of questions, to greeting our immediate family before our pre-cremation visit with Dad, Brian and the entire Poole staff have been top notch. If youre considering Poole, I cant give them a heartier endorsement.

Everyone at Poole Funeral home is extremely kind, caring and compassionate. I am new to the area and had no idea where to turn. Brian listened to what we wanted to do to honor my mom and made it happen. She looked beautiful and they paid attention to every detail. There were only 9 people at our service, we are from out of state and were going to have another service where our family is from. They did not treat us any differently then if we were a group of 100 people. The funeral home is very impressive looking, very comfortable and beautiful. I also felt that their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in their time of need.

The funeral director and staff treated us with respect and understood our unique requirements. The funeral homes decor is exquisite and conducive to the needs of families and visitors.
