If there was a "No Star" option, I wouldve picked that one. First time they RUINED an NFR jacket of my Husbands, which has the year he competed in the NFR and its IRREPLACEABLE... he told me he could treat the leather, and changed the whole color of the jacket, We were SO bummed!!!! I thought I would give them a 2nd chance since theyre literally the only cleaner in Burley, so I tried again and he shrunk a brand new dress of mine which I told him when I dropped it off, it would shrink. Then it was not done until 3 WEEKS after the originally quoted pick up date. Prices are also outrageous, since he knows he can corner people, he is the only cleaner. Also, everything comes back smelling like cigarette smoke, I will be driving to Twin Falls from now on, or anywhere else.

If you have a problem with your clothes they will reclean them for free they cant fix a problem if you dont tell them about it they are very nice caring people and they dont charge an arm and a leg for cleaning, they are caring and cheaper than any other cleaners

My coat came back clean but unfortunately also came back smelling like cigarette smoke. Same as my wifes pillow. Not okay in my book
