I cant say enough about the QUALITY OF SERVICE, the HONESTY and the goodness of the owners of this company. I had the opportunity to work for Randy and Kelli for about a year and saw firsthand how well they take care of people, their homes, employees, and any concerns that arise. I will never use another company or cleaning system so long as I live within their service range. For Christmas last year I had my parents basement treated for MULTIPLE DOG URINE STAINS that had been odorous for years and can finally lay/interact comfortably on their carpet without smelling any trace of urine. My parents said it was their best Christmas present theyve ever gotten. In September I moved into a large bottom-floor apartment that had been previously occupied by tenants requiring the use of WHEELCHAIRS. The light blue polyester carpets in TRAFFIC AREAS were BLACK TRAILS that were worse than any I had ever personally seen while working for Randy and Kelli. I called Randy and Kelli up and without hesitation they told me to come over and borrow whatever I needed. After an hour of using the system and the techniques that Randy taught me my roommates were standing with jaws dropped, watching in amazement. They told me they NEVER THOUGHT IT WAS POSSIBLE to see their carpets that clean because the landlord had tried multiple alternatives that never worked and refused to replace the carpets. Dont just use B&R Chem-dry for yourself, share them with all your friends and they will love you for it!

I have used B&R Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for many years. They are professional and thorough. My most recent experience was a bit disappointing. They were extremely busy last Friday and running about 45 mins behind. The carpets were cleaned in less than 45 mins and when they were done it barely looked like they were cleaned. I had a separate appointment the following Monday to have my tile cleaned and sealed. I asked to have the carpets redone. They were happy to redo the carpets and the results were amazing! B&R did a great job on both my carpets and tile. I was happy I asked to have the carpets recleaned and am pleased with the result. I highly recommend them!

B&R did my carpets upstairs and down. They arrived early which was great. I had heavy traffic dirt and carpets havent been cleaned in over 5 years. I was amazed to see the diet come out but after it dried I could still see some area spots that need more attention.My stairs still look dirty. I would still recommend them. Thanks B&R. Followup: So they came back to do spot cleaning but was still not clean. Since then I have gone over all the rooms wall to wall and have been able to get it cleaner. Yes they did alot of the dirty work and Im thankful. Now Ill just do the maintenance.

Randy is a very knowledgeable professional that does the finest work we have ever had in our home. He recommended certain things to do and also suggested there were some things we did NOT need to do....at the expense of more $ for him. His work was excellent and our carpets look almost brand new which is saying a lot for 11 year old carpet! His prices are reasonable and he takes the time necessary to complete the work you ask for. I would not even consider anyone else to do our carpets & tile!

Chemdry is the only Carpet Cleaning business that has completely removed spots from a sick puppy, to training a puppy to do her business outside, to spots when we purchased our house four years ago. Theyre the only ones that have gotten the spots out and they have stayed out they have not risen back to the surface again! We joyfully Acknowledge Chemdry as being an excellent carpet cleaning company!!!

Randy and Connor did a fantastic job! They treated for mold after our basement flodded, got the mildew out and left the carpet looking brand new! Connor even went so far as to move the furniture to clean under it and move it back before leaving. They got every nook and cranny, unlike so many other companies that only do the middle of a room giving furniture a wide berth.

We had a pet accident on our couch and B&R squeezed us into their schedule the same day. They took a cushion with them to be treated and cleaned separately and the owner dropped the cushion off himself a few days later. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the couch looks brand now. Great company to work with!!

We had a wonderful experience with B&R Chemdry. We were a little weary b/c their prices were so reasonable. We had gone w/ other reasonable carpet cleaners trying to save a buck but they didnt work out. The cleaners were very curious and thorough. We will continue to use them for our carpets.

Great job, had a little difficulty in that the machine broke, so the tech had to resort to the previous method. More labor intensive for him. Still came out good. Have used them for several years and never been dissatisfied. Will call again in about 6 months!! Thanks

Superb! Chad was wonderful. Explained everything with no pressure and excellent information. Love that it dries so fast and we can walk on it right away and move furniture back. Would definately recommend to anyone. PURT is an excellent product as well.

Upstairs master bedroom doesnt seem like it was cleaned well. It was the last area done and I wasnt in the master when it was done. End of bedskirt has a mark where the solution must of been sprayed on it. Basement carpet is thinner and turned out better.
