If you are active duty air force DO NOT come here for you uniform. If you are a civilian dont come here. the owners wife is extremely disrespectful and laughed in my face. I came here on Monday to have my service coat and skirt fixed and fitted I needed it by the following Wednesday they said it would be done Monday I come back on Monday and the stripes I needed them to fix where sewn on incorrectly and ridiculously close to my under arm they said that I could have it fixed the same day and they were very sorry. However I bring it in during work and she says to come back after work in that it would be fixed and mind you I paid $85 total to have a skirt him and a coat fitted. Four hours later I come back the owners wife had the nerve to tell me that she forgot and she said this about five times so then they so it on in front of me as I wait. She has me try it on I say that its perfect and then she says that I owe her five dollars because it was same day. I asked her why because they messed up why would I pay to have something fixed that should have been correct in the first place. She then starts to yell at me and tell me while I am in uniform that she doesnt need my five dollars and that I dont have to pay because I am throwing such a fuss she started to laugh at me and exaggeratedly say Im so sorry to laugh in my face being completely disrespectful to an active-duty member who chose to come here because I needed a place to get something done for an event and to be disrespected like this is totally unacceptable I tried to explain to her that she doesnt understand what I am trying to say and she cut me off and told me that shes too good for my five dollars she doesnt need my five dollars. I cant believe how comfortable she is disrespecting a customer for no reason when I paid almost 100$ to have my stuff done correctly. I am stationed here from a small town where my laundry cleaner lady was one of my closest friends to come to a Big city like this and be so disrespected on the spot really made me upset and hurt my feelings because I have been nothing but respect full to the people that work here. I would never recommend this place to anyone until their associates get more training on how to work with people maybe interpersonal communication would help.

This place is WAY overpriced. My husband brought in one Air Force ABU top to put some patches on and was told it would be ready in four days, which was alright because it was over the weekend. They didnt tell my husband the price and when he went to pick up with shirt it was $25...is that normal for this area? We moved to Arizona several months ago but even near our last military base in Anchorage (where everything is overpriced) the cleaners would charge $9 for the same service. $25 seems outrageous. Also, the man who works there is so rude. When my husband asked if the shirt was pressed at all the man looked incredulous and answered no. Then when he was asked if this was the price every time for one shirt the man said "go find better prices". The location for this place might be convenient as it is right outside the base but the service is horrible! Wont be back... Which Im sure wont bother the man working there at all. Oh and cash or check only.

OK, the clothes are clean. Thats about all I can say. I cant believe theyre getting away with gouging the military guys like this! My husband really likes the barber shop two doors down, and after being overcharged for dry cleaning farther north, we thought surely this place would be fair. Um, no. Here are the reasons to avoid: 1. No price list posted inside, so you have no idea how much theyre going to gouge you. $92 for 22 pieces of dry cleaning, really?! This is almost 3 times what we paid in Texas. 2. And theyre cash or check only! I had to leave, go to the ATM, and come back. 3. No same-day turnaround. It was like a four-day wait. 4. No weekend hours, no evening hours. Still looking for a fairly priced, convenient, customer-oriented dry cleaner in the Surprise area.

I took my ABUs here and needed patches and name tapes. This cleaner used "baby blue" thread for my name tapes. Never mind all the other patches used dark blue. Generally overpriced.
