Our family has used Martinizing in Layton since the day they have opened. We love the fact that they dont use harsh chemicals and the dry cleaning comes back smelling clean and fresh. We were using a competitor for my shirt laundry and had consistent bad luck with their poor quality of ironing in more wrinkles than when they were dropped off on over half of the shirts in their care. We have never had to have a shirt re-laundered or pressed with Martinizing! If there is a missing or broken button it is always replaced when we pick the shirts up. My shirts have that “just purchased” look all the time. Drop off and pick up is a breeze as they are located near the Layton Post Office and they have very long hours so if I have an early appointment or am working late at the office it is very convenient. I would also recommend looking into their VIP program. You receive two blue laundry bags and can drop off your dry cleaning and laundry 24/7 with the cleaning instructions are on the bag tag. They have vans that I have spotted in surrounding cities (as far away as Morgan County) that will pick up and deliver your cleaning, though we have not used this service because their facility is located so close to work. We have been more than please with the quality and timeliness of their service. With the shirts cleaned and pressed onsite they have rushed an order when we have been in a pinch and needed a short turnaround time (that was never an option with their competitor where the shirts were shipped out of town for cleaning.) We have comparison shopped their prices on several occasions and they have always been competitive so you don’t have to sacrifice quality for price. Bottom line – we are pleased with their quality, price and convenience and would recommend them to everyone!

Disappointed. We took my wifes favorite, and most meaningful, dress to be cleaned. The dress was cream but it came back darkened and grayish. We gave them a second chance, we took a ruffled shirt in to them and it came back with multiple tears in the ruffles. We have had five or six other pieces of clothing cleaned that came back fine, but two ruined garments is enough for us. Wont be returning. ***UPDATE***: After seeing this review the owner of Martinizing took it upon himself to make it right. We took the ruffled shirt in and they had it repaired. The repair was decent. The shirt is wearable but the repairs might be noticed. They also took the darkened cream dress back and had it corrected. The dress came back clean and near the original color, however, the ruffles at the bottom of the dress were ruined. We can fix that as they were added to the dress anyway. Additionally, the owner personally delivered the dress to my wife at her work. Overall, we would say they are fine to clean your regular items. As mentioned, we have had five or six other items cleaned with no issues, but the garments that were ruined are extra special. The owner offered us many perks and incentives to keep us and genuinely did good job of trying to make it right. We are skeptical about using them ever again, but are greatly appreciative of the A+ customer service we received in their attempts to make it right.

Martinizing Dry Cleaning has done an incredible job! We recently wrapped up our local jr. high schools musical for the year. Martinizing cleaned all of our costumes, which included some pretty delicate dresses and ornate pirate king costumes. They did a fantastic job and every costume looked as good as new! Thanks Martinizing. We appreciate the quality or your work and the professional manner in dealing with us. Not only did Martinizing handle the cleaning of the jr. high costumes, but they also handle our personal dry cleaning as well. We can always count on them to get things done in a timely manner and provide quality work. Their staff is very professional and great to work with. Great customer service.

Martinizing does an awesome job! My daughter has competed in karate tournaments, and wears a traditional Japanese split skirt for competition, called a hakama. It is a nightmare of pleats and folds that dont make any logical sense, and it didnt even faze them. Perfect pleats and folds every time, and always immaculate. Her other traditional uniforms (which have to be perfect) always are, and are pressed nice and crisp, which is amazing. I love that there is no chemical smell on our clothes. Suits, shirts, comforters all come home looking great and smelling fresh, and they are great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I have, in fact! Keep up the great work, friends. Im glad we know you!

Closed Sundays and doesnt open until 9am on Saturday. Nice friendly service usually and a convenient drive through. The pickup times are longer than most with a little higher price as well. The first few visits were OK, with a couple of slightly rude or below average service interactions. Then my wife, who is very forgiving and easy going encountered horrible service, rude and inappropriate wait times....I tried calling to speak to them about the incident... No answer and I didnt feel it was our obligation to remedy their mistakes. You might be fine with their service as a lot are, but they dont get to treat us unfairly again.

What I appreciate most about Martinizing is the smell of the clothes. When my daughter went to work for a competing dry cleaner, I felt guilty for not sending my clothes with her to her employer to clean, but I just couldnt go back to the smell of traditional dry cleaning after experiencing the difference with Martinizings "green clean smell". I been using the Layton Martinizings Home Delivery service to Morgan County for several years. I really like the convenience of having the pick up and delivery right to my front door.

I took my babys blessing outfit to "another" cheaper dry cleaning place and it came back with dirty spots on it that WERENT THERE BEFORE with a note attached that said. "Sorry! We couldnt remove some stains." It looked like iron burn marks to me on it but who knows what it was. I was devastated and SO ANGRY! I was crushed that they had ruined my precious keepsake. I decided to bring it to Martinizing in Layton just to see if they could do anything. It came back clean and PERFECT!!! They saved the day! THANK YOU!!!

Ive been a VIP customer with Martinizing Dry Cleaners since the day they opened. We just built a house and moved out to Syracuse. I am STOKED they offer pick-up and delivery clear out here, and its free! Just had my first experience with their pick-up and delivery and its AWESOME! All the same perks as when I would go to the store. I cant say how excited I am as they were the BEST dry cleaner Ive ever used! I was surprised when I got a note in the mail thanking me! I have been taking my shirts to Maritinizing now for almost year and I am so amazed at the quality of the service. Every shirt is perfectly pressed and starched. They are always ready when promised. The customer service at the pickup window is unmatched. Rhett and Tyler and the other staff are so respectful and they really hustle to minimize the time to either pickup or drop off. Best dry cleaning around!!!!
