Due to an accident, my daughters stuffed animal got stained. So I called several dry cleaners here in the area, and was actually referred by another cleaner that Capri was the only company they knew of that does spot cleaning. There is also a minor tear in the stuffed animal that needed fixed too. So I dropped off the stuff animal and unfortunately their seamstress was out of town and was told it would take about a week for the repair and the cleaning to take place. Upon picking up the stuffed animal, it definitely appears very clean, smells great, and the tear is now completely fixed. The only reason that I did not give them a 5 star rating was due to the fact that they didnt call me to let me know the stuffed animal had been cleaned and was ready for pickup. I realize that its really not their job to have to call me, but it sure would have been a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this company for dry cleaning services.

Read all the negative reviews before bringing your clothes here!!! Absolutely terrible service!! They recently ruined our 10th year anniversary white dress. When my wife picked up the dress it was completely damaged. The entire dress had been “wet-washed.” The dress is now shrunk, much shorter and tighter. It has lost its shape. I took the dress back to the cleaner and talked to Gary Shover "owner" about the dress ruined by “wet-washing” and showed him the caring label stated dry-clean only. Gary called me the next day admitted the staff mistakenly washed the dress which she should not. They admitted their mistake but they did not reimburse because I dont have store receipt for the dress. I d go anywhere but not here, the owner handled the issues very terribly and RUDE not professional at all.

Ive now been coming to this cleaners since November of this year from a previous one I went to in Goodyear and the quality, service and convenience is like night and day. In my three visits thus far, stains the other cleaners could not get out are now gone, my clothes smell fresh, evenly pressed and Im able to get them the next business day. The ladies are welcoming, staff is full and ready but most importantly they seem thorough with their service. If only I tried them sooner! I will definitely be entrusting them with my apparel from now on.

This dry cleaner ruined my $325 suit. The suit pant material is all rough, wrinkled, and not the same color as the coat. When you call them to complain, they make promises to call back, but in reality, they are lying. When you visit the dry cleaners, about the damage, the manager will not personally talk with you. The mistake I made was not reviewing all the negative reviews for this dry cleaner. Do not have them clean any of your clothing. The dry cleaners in Goodyear knows how to clean your clothing right!

Since June 2015, I have returned 5 shirts to have them re-done due to large wrinkles being pressed into the collars. Have discussed this with the manager and employees and was promised that my shirts would be hand pressed and not machine pressed. On4-16-2016, picked up four shirts and will have to return one due to the collar not properly pressed. Overall I am dissatisfied with their customer service and ability to do an acceptable job.

Now called the clothes hanger, did an outstanding job on my white dress shirt... also they pressed another shirt for me last minute on the spot as I needed the next day, and on top of that they didnt even charge me. Will be coming here from now. Best cleaners in the area.

In regards to dry cleaning, Id say their efficient. Fast service and good customer service. Oh! The map says its between Ace Hardware and the Good will but its actually wrapped around the building to the south.
