Avoid if you care for your clothes! First, let me say its not always been this way, they have new management and its gone down hill fast! Ive been a customer for YEARS. Never had an issue with how they do business or how Ive done business. My normal routine is to simply drop off and pick up at the same time. Sometimes this is more than the 30 days the ticket says but nobody has ever said a word and theres never been an issue. However, the most recent time I went in, I dropped off and paid and when I went to get my last order, it was no where to be found. They looked and said it wasnt there. She said sometimes when its left longer than 30 days, they donate the clothing..... Ok, well, that seems pretty quick to donate someones items but I asked if they call before they do that and was advised yes. Well....I never received a call! So then she says she was going to look at my previous orders. When she does, she shows me that the system says I picked them up 5 days earlier?? I advised I didnt, and I still have my ticket. So now, she doesnt know what happened. She has to talk to the manager, so I have to wait. After not getting a call back I call, and the manager has no clue what Im talking about so she has to look. Advises I already picked them up. After I explain the entire thing, she has no clue either. She has to talk to the owner. After not getting a call back AGAIN, I go in to pick up my other items (because God knows Im not leaving them there any longer than I needed to) and was told the owner was gone and wouldnt be in all week. I ask for the owners number "we cant give that out". So, nobody will call me back, and I cant get a number to call??? Great customer service. Meanwhile, Im trying to pick up my most recent drop off, mind you its only been 3 days. And she cant find it!!! Finally after looking for 15 minutes she finds it. Says It was put on the wrong rack". Ok, so....maybe my other shirts are? Nope, nothing. So Im out 8 dress shirts (easy $400) and cant get a call back or a number to talk to anyone. If you want to play Russian Roulette with your clothing, use this place. Because eventually, youll lose and be out money and clothing. Oh, and did they refund the money from the shirts they threw out? Nope! So I PAID for them to lose my shirts! STAY AWAY!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is awful. I took my daughters all white martial arts uniform here on Wednesday for pickup on Thursday. I explained when I got there that part of the logo on the back was coming up a little, and that I was aware, and would not hold them responsible. I got there Thursday to pick it up, and there were more stains then when I dropped it off! It looked like someone spilled coffee on the pants and they made sure to fold that part inward so you wouldnt see it right away,and the same kind of stain on the jacket. The part that really pisses me off, they took the entire logo off the back! (Picture below of what it was). I asked for a manager and they told me she wouldnt be in until Friday. I left my info with specific times to reach me on Friday. I didnt hear from her so called after work and she was gone for the day, and I went I to get what was left of the uniform since they were supposed to re-clean it, and it still was stained! I have yet to hear from anyone.. I will never take anything here again, and recommend if you do, to take before and after pictures. Apparently the manager was more concerned with starting her Holiday weekend than taking care of customers. Saturday update: still no call from the manager, went in to pick up the uniform after 3 supposed cleans now and it looked just as stained. I was told the manager "couldnt make it in today" (convienent) and they didnt know when shed get back to me, but decided they werent responsible for anything, and wouldnt even give me a refund for the cleaning they didnt do.

This place is a worst and I definitely would not recommend. They ruined my expensive comforter and were unwilling to take any responsibility for it. They went as far as telling me to take it back to the store rather than accepting the fact that it came out in different conditions then when I took it in. The owner was only available once to talk to me once and every other time magically wasnt there or in California. He would have the store manager and employees talk to me and relay messages, however he would give him no authorization to make any decisions. When I asked to speak with him, they would tell me they werent allowed to call him unless it was an emergency. When they originally gave me the comforter back, it wasnt even cleaned even though I paid for it. Thats when I also noticed that they also ruined the stitching and threading. They said they would fix it, however they didnt... they made it worse. This time though, they actually cleaned it which tells me the first time they didnt actually take time to clean it. I will never take my business there again and letting everyone know the risks of going there.

Great price, but no quality service. Ive had a couple of items ruined with stains that we didnt have when we dropped the clothes off and had to request to have them re-done. It seems that the establishment would have done that automatically and that someone would have seen the stains before bagging the clothes. One item took 3 times of me sending it back to them to get the stains out. Each time the item was bagged and ready to go as if things were great. Fortunately, the last time removed all of the stains. The other item never got the stains out. We have missing items that havent been recovered. I have a family member who no longer takes his shirts (polo style) there. Wed used the laundry service in the past and all was well. The last couple of times he took them, the laundering didnt seem to be effective. The shirts still had body odor. We now just launder and press them at home. When this place first opened, service was great. Now, Im not sure what has happened with this place. We wont be patronizing it again. Too bad because its very convenient.

It is against the merchant agreement that they have with the credit card companies. Keep in mind that most Credit Card companies only charge merchants 1-2% in exchange for them being able to accept credit cards, therefore being able to cater to more customers and be able to compete with similar businesses. So lets say you charge $5 at their business... they may have to pay the cc cos five cents or so in exchange for being able to accept cards and the use of the equipment. Then they charge you nine cents... #1 the CC cos can/will suspend their merchant acct when they get complaints. Eventually they will take away their ability to accept cards, take the equipment etc. #2 Its very unethical for any business to do this. They know what they are doing and they know its wrong. They are stealing from customers... BE CAREFUL
