They lost both cuff links to my dress shirt and lied saying they must have fallen off in the washer machine. I have dropped off this shirt with the fabric cuff links it came with at least fifteen times to other dry cleaners and they were never lost. I also have washed the shirt in then washer myself without one ever falling off. Owner would not compensate more than $2.10 for the shirt wash. On a side note they also do not know how to iron dress pants. My suit pants had a double pleat when there was only supposed to be one. They looked like somebody must have been ironing in the dark. If you have clothes you care about do not take them here.

I gave it two stars because they do a good job with the dry cleaning but....boy..im not kidding, the three suits that I took came back smelling like stinky pits. I hate to use this comparison but yes, and after taking them back complaining about the smell, they redid the "process" but the smell did not go away. Sad thing I had them done for a convention and I had to go to the convention smelling like this. Nice people, nice job with the dry cleaning, but that smell, i have no idea where it came from and they could not remove it. If you go here, just double check your clothes dont smell.

Tried them for the first time. Dropped off 1 suit and 2 dresses. Sent my husband to pick our items up. When he arrived home, they had not included my ribbon that went with one of my dresses. Lost forever! Also the chemical or water smell that was on our clothes was horrible. It didnt smell like cleaning materials it literally smelled like mold mildew water. We had a wedding to attend that night and even after spraying our clothes with clothes refresher we still smelled like this. We were so embarrassed! Never again will we use this place!

Nothing can justify the invariable ineptitude of this place. Not only did this place lose my pants, but they were apathetic and unapologetic about it. They are always delayed and will often mix up yours items with other customers items. This is by far the most disorganized business I have ever been to. Youre better off using another dry cleaner because this place is beyond terrible. Trust me, stay away from this place.

I have used this dry cleaner for several years, and I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Most of the time the owner works with customers at the counter, and he even knows me by name. When I go to pick my dry cleaning up, many times he will have seen me park and have my clothes ready for me at the counter when I walk into the store! Thats what I call great customer service!

We took our window and sliding door drapes in to be cleaned on a monday, were told they would be ready on Saturday. They werent. Went back in 2 more times and they werent ready. Finally got them 2 wks later. When we hung them they had shrunk the curtains and back panels was hanging way below the curtains. We will NEVER go there for anything again.

Dropped off jacket, pants, and three shirts. They managed to pull a thread out of the back of the jacket requiring it to be taylored and all three shirts were wrinkled. Called to ask about it and was told that the shirts wrinkled cause of the amount they put into one bag. No apology just left for me to deal with it. Awesome! Never again!

Decent cleaners; better than some of the other options in the West Valley, although I dont know how much thats saying. Not quite as good as Western Dry Cleaners down the road, but a solid alternative.

Top quality. They have replaced broken buttons that I didnt even mention on shirts I only had cleaned, and didnt charge me or even point it out.

Always does a good job, never had an issue other than having to wait in line behind several customers, but it is just because they are so busy.

Wouldnt recommend, typically takes a while to drop off or pick up even if there is nobody in line. Service isnt great nor their cleaning.
