This dry cleaner is poor quality. The receptionist ladies are always wonderful to why I gave it 2 stars but the quality of cleaning is horrendous. Ive been going there just shy of a year now due to negligence of looking elsewhere and time and Ive paid the price but in that time frame Ive had 5 jeans fade, suits over pressed and stains according to the manager, Liam, never able to come out in both my shirts and pants. Not to mention this is a man not of his word and it always took 2 business days to get clothes back or longer. As a business professional and owner I pride myself on good hygiene and always being presentable but I realized in due time that my clothes would smell un pleasant from the cleaners, even after efforts of trying to fade the smell out with my steamer at home. Fortunately my girlfriend was fed up and started doing research on other cleaners in the area and in her efforts we were able to find a new one in Litchfield Park, Capri Cleaners, on Dysart and Camelback Rd. In my three visits I pay the exact same I payed here, I receive my apparel the next day after 4:00 PM, all the ladies there are always nice and conversational and my clothes come back fresh, smelling good, color boosted and the stains in my pants that this cleaners in Goodyear could never get out, this cleaners I now go to did. The cleaners I now go to in Litchfield Park is of superior service, time and quality of cleaning and now makes me wonder why I ever gave my money and time to Galaxy Cleaners. Its unfortunate businesses like Galaxy exist but I hope my review is helpful to those doing their research. I will never return to Galaxy and simply provide the truth about my experience when people ask about a cleaners to go to here in the West Valley.

Terrible!!!! It is the closest store to me so it seemed logical, clothes are marginally clean and still wrinkled But I accepted that service, then 3 mo. in they send me a shirt with tape on it saying they cant clean it because there is a hole on the left forearm, I thought to myself maybe I got it caught on something, and threw it away, then 2 wks later same thing different shirt and I think no way I did this I need to go talk with owner one week later I make in to talk to owner he is not there and the clothes that I pickup have another hold in exact same place. So i relay msg to owner he relays back through his employees who happen to be very good people, that those are a result of "wear and tear" ???? what ???? I wear it you tear it?? I done didnt even call me or meet with me. Sorry cannot support this type of business, gonna try Western!!

By far the worst experience ever. I took in 4 items when I went back to pick them up they gave me some of my cloths along with someone elses order. When I told them some of the items werent mine and Im missing my shirts the lady at the counter said I would have to wait 30 days to see if my shirts turn up. Absulty ridiculous. As I insisted that they need to find my shirts now! She went back and to my surprise she found them stuck to somebody elses order. When I got home I inspected my shirts and they still looked dirty they were wrinkled and have new stains on them. I will never take my cloths there again nor recommend this place to anyone else. Horrible service.

I didnt necessarily hate the place, just disappointed. I brought in 3 things, one said professional leather dry cleaning and they said they couldnt do it and wouldnt do one of the others because it had iron on decals, which they werent (they were sewed on) and the other item they said was just regular washing and I waited forever in a long line to hear that I couldnt get anything cleaned. I might as well wash the one item thats washable myself. I had a pick up dry cleaning services get the other two items and they did a fantastic job. Price doesnt mean jack if a dry cleaning company cant dry clean anything!

Why do all dry cleaners suck so bad? I dont think these guys actually clean anything they send everything out. Couldnt find the item I dropped off to start with after making phone calls and hunting around they find it with a tag that says we wont clean it because "the color may bleed" ! Well genius why do you think I brought it to you in the first place. Your professional cleaners but cant clean a coat? No help, no suggestions just here is you money bye. Would not answer questions just wanted me to leave. Customer service sucks, attitude sucks. No thanks.

Ive taken my slacks here to be dry cleaned and first time I had to have pants taken back due to the slacks having the seems show thru the pants. They did a better job 2nd time around but still not acceptable. Gave them a 3rd chance and again my pants look like crap. I had older slacks and brand new slacks. not low quality either so there is no excuse. I wont be going back here again and Id recommend them to no one. Lady manager at store was nice but quality of work isnt acceptable

Cant say I experienced anything like the other reviewers. As far as Im concerned they had excellent service. I had mistakenly forgotten a pair of wireless ear buds in my pocket that werent cheap and had assumed I lost it elswhere. They couldve taken them and I would be been none the wiser but when i picked up my clothes the following day, there they were in a little envelope stapled to my recipt.

Poor customer service and quality of work. Being that they are the closest option to my home I gave them another chance after refusing to go back about 6 months ago and sometimes customer service and quality of work can be cyclical. Sure enough, same story...I took in 10 shirts for cleaning and pressing and they look like they ironed them with a rock. I wont be going back.

Customer Service rating: 2 of 10. We certainly did ot get the warm and fuzzies here. Dry cleaning: 2 of 10. Sport Coat looked like someone had slept in it. Shirts in general were also poorly done. If only my mom was still alive. Looking for a better place. If you know one, let me know.

First dry cleaners Ive tried in AZ & been here twice (last year). They lost my work skirt (which I needed at the time) but reimbursed me & the youngest female was unprofessional speaking poorly of the company. Havent been back since.

Terrible experience shirts looked dirtier when I picked them up then when I took them in. they were wrinkled and had new stains on them looks like they just threw them in the washer. DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

The clothes as of late have been coming back crappy. I will not use them again. The lady manager was great but the service was not. When they first opened the service was good but not now.

Rude and unprofessional and they will not crease your pants correctly and if you ask them to fix it they elm give you an attitude, but Im sorry thats what I paid for!
