Simply Awful... For those who dont want to read my full expierence to sum it up, This cleaner is HORRIBLE at pressing suit pants, they ruined 3 pair, and every pair I had them clean and press need to be re-ironed! Im unfortunately disappointed in what was my first and what will be my last experience with this cleaner. I dropped off nine pair of 100% Woolen suit pants to have them cleaned and pressed. The prices are comparatively high to the other cleaners in this area but because of a couple of positive reviews from neighbors I was willing to pay more for what I expected to be Superior services. They are located in a nice new,and clean facility and best of all they are in close proximity to my home. The drop off was quick and pleasant, and so was the pick up. The staff at the front counter is courteous and kind. I left feeling that I had found a cleaner that would receive my business for many years to come. This morning all of those warm and fuzzy feelings were crushed. When getting ready for work this morning and selecting which of the nine pair of freshly cleaned and pressed pants I would wear today, I was appalled at what I discovered. NOT EVEN ONE of the NINE pair of pants were acceptably ironed. Six of the pants are Flat Front pants and Three have pleats and cuffs. The Flat front pants were ironed contrary to the existing creases in the pants, in some cases there are double lines where there should be one crisp crease. The seams down the sides of the pants were ironed over so the inner folds of the seam created wrinkles on either side of the seams. One pair was ironed correctly on the outside pant leg but the inside leg there was a crease right in the middle of the calf! Its obvious that the reverse side wasnt even looked at. MOST DISAPPOINTING of all are the shiny areas on three pair of pants created because they MELTED THE WOOL by using too hot of an iron on the pants. I will be contacting the owners and management to seek recompense for the ruined garments, and I will not be returning to this company for any future business.

My wife took in her mothers Utah Woolen Mills expensive pleated skirt and they ironed the pleats out of it. Before she turned it in, she asked if they warrantied their work as the skirt was expensive, and they said they did. Some warranty. The skirt is now ruined. My wife had to debate with them for a half an hour and she was told they could take it to litigation, but she would only get about $20 for it (the skirt was several hundred dollars) Exasperated, my wife finally left and all she got was $20 discount on what she was picking up. I continued to use them for my shirts, as I have not had any problems until today. The computer system was still carrying my pants from 6 months ago as though I didnt pay for them when I picked them up, even though it was the only thing I picked up that day and paid for it on the spot and had proof. When they charged me for the pants again, along with the seven shirts I was picking up, I called it to their attention. They couldnt credit my credit card on the spot when I had just had them charge it, they couldnt print a receipt showing I had credit for $7.07 in the system and they wouldnt give me the money in cash. Credit in the system is all they could do. Well, if that is the way they do business, I am through. I will take in 3 shirts to use up the credit and then I am gone. No business should be run that way.

This was the first time I used these dry cleaners. I brought in my suit to be cleaned and when I got it back there were marks on the pants right behind where the knees were that looked as though it was bleached somewhat. I brought them back and the manager told me that they did not do it and I must not have noticed it was there before. I reaffirmed that it was not there before and they agreed to try to clean them again. When I went back the mark was still there and the manager blamed me again and said they could not have done it. She did say I could pay them $25 to get the pants analyzed in Salt Lake, by some independent company they work with, and if it is determined that they were at fault they would reimburse me all the money and buy new pants. I do not trust them and their customer service is horrible. This is the first time and the last time I will use them to clean my clothing

I started this service for my dress shirts. Pretty soon my shirts started showing up with the buttons either missing or broken. I called them about the problem and they said it was from the extreme heat they use and nothing could be done about it. I told them I wanted to cancel the service. When they came for the last pick up they told me if I kept the service they could put a not on my account requiring that they inspect for lost or broken buttons before they return the shirts to me. I gave them another try and it worked for a couple of weeks and then slipped back to the broken button problem. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone unless you enjoy putting on 3 shirts in the morning before you find one with all the buttons.

I took my Ann Taylor beautiful skirt to Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Highland Utah, and they ripped the fabric around the waist and bottom of the skirt. I showed it to their employee and they said "Sarah" the manager would call me to resolve the matter. Sarah didnt take responsibility for the loss they cause and suggested the fabric from Ann Taylor is not a very good fabric and I should look for Ann Taylor store to solve the problem, in my opinion problem that they caused. Botton line, they lost a client, Ill never go back there again. My suggestion for you, take a pic before and after you take anything to the Martinizing Dry Cleanning in Highland, UT

This is the worst place for dry cleaning. They destroyed my coat. They did take responsibility for it. Gave me in-store credit of $120 for the replacement of the garment. I used $40 of it and then they stopped honoring their deal they gave to me. The manager couldnt be bothered with customers. The employees are teenagers running the front desk. I was told the manager would call, but, guess what? Ya, you guessed it, no phone call. Ive reported it to corporate. Lets see how they handle it. Just do yourself a favor, use someone who is professional and has professional people working for them. This was a horrible experience.

Im sorry that I even have to leave this review. I have had clothing dry cleaned hear multiple times without issue, so I took my new comforter in to be washed (not dry cleaned) for the first time. When I picked it up I noticed the fabric was faded in crack patterns all over. The girls at the counter saw it and said I could leave it for the manager to look at. She looked at it and called me a few days later. She said that they had followed to care instructions and that there wasnt anything they could do. Funny thing is, I washed the matching shams at home and they are just fine.
