The alterations part is good. Miss Adela does a pretty good job! The customer service is horrible and I wish there was a worse word for that! My clothes were hanging by thick safety pins from the dry cleaners , which left holes in the fabric. I said "I dont want holes in my clothes" and the "lady" behind their desk starts smiling. I said "its not funny!" At which point Im already trying to keep calm. She said she hadnt said it was funny and that MY attitude is wrong and disrespectful, all that because I dared to imply that its not ok for her to smile when I have a problem with something that was done wrong by their partners! No "Im sorry, let me see what I can do about that.".., nothing like that. All I got was HER using very inappropriate tone and saying that I am disrespectful and am having a bad attitude. When I was trying hard, still , to stay as calm as I could and to explain to her that all these things, what the dry cleaning people had done and her reaction and attitude , were simply wrong and NOT fair to me, I got the even more surprisingly rude "IM DONE WITH YOU!!!!" I paid for the clothes, for the alterations and the dry cleaning. I think I have the right to get my clothes back at least in NOT WORSE CONDITION than they were when I had dropped them off. All that, without being pretty much bullied for daring to say that I wasnt happy with their job. My skirt was all pulling weirdly in different directions also, Im not sure whos fault that was, had clear marks from the cleaners, but they kept telling me that the marks are from the clothes being kept tightly together with other clothes... Come on!!! Adela did offer to try to fix the skirt. NOBODY APOLOGIZED THOUGH, NOT ONCE, not even for the "IM DONE WITH YOU! " remark!!... Bad experience, Im trying to not let it get to me and hoping that the top that I didnt even try on anymore will fit right and my skirt will come back in way better condition. Good luck to all of you future customers! I will go SOMEWHERE ELSE! Miss Donna Lawer, I am so happy that I had read your review before I even went there, this way I knew to: Pay in advance and make sure theyre not going to charge me anything more and also, Try hard to swallow most of my words and remarks, because if I had dared to say everything that anyone else would have felt the need to say, who knows what they would have done, I was just trying to avoid bigger trouble... The customer service here was horrible, I would avoid the place if possible. This is my first review ever of any place in our neighborhood. The owner gave me a receipt for $35 to have a prom dress altered. I asked if i can pay now, she said no, waiy until u pick it up. ThE MISTAKE WAS letting my daughter go back to the store without me, to make any final corrections. They slid in An additional $55 to my bill. I arrived to pick up the dress, And to my surprise i now owe $90. I tried to talk to the owner. Of course, NO ONE WAS BEING COOPERATIVE. I had to call the police, where they didnt know what to do because they said its a civil matter. But decided, to come inside the establishment and referee, and after the woman called my daughter a liar for the second time. Ofc Baja said Maam maam you are both border line disorderly conduct! What??? So i ended up paying the $90, picked up the dress, But she refused to give me the $90 receipt... she only would give us the $35 receipt.... please if you can.... go somewhere else... They have lost my business... to cal a 15 year old a LIAR....is really sad..... and the seams are coming out and separating already...BBB here we come...
