Took in a pair of pants to get cleaned, pressed and altered. Person behind counter said that the alterations would have to be a rush job. Innformed that I need the pants back by COB on Friday. Friday came and when called was informed the alterations had not been done yet and they put a fire under the person that was to do the alterations (this person was no on the site ) so the person in charged called and found out my pants were not even done and in his words "she had to pull them out of the pile to do them". He went and retrieved my pants with alterations complete (just showed me how long it would actually take to do the alterations). Any way when I got the pants back they had not even been cleaned or pressed! I was still charged for the cleaning so basically I paid $18 to get my pants altered. This place is a rip off I should have realized when he told me to go into the bathroom to put the pants on because they had no changing room. Rip off and would never take any thing to this place again. Bad experience all the way around!!!

only went to dry a load of clothes, but many laundromats wont allow dry only, forcing you to re-wash an already washed load. Or not. I called to verify that and was only advised that if there were other customers w/wash that they would be first. No problem. Then I received a call from the owner and was told the laundry was not busy and I would have no problem! Awesome! The attendants were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Its a small facility, but they did have washers that could hold up to 5 loads. Thank you to Sun City Dry Cleaners & Laundry!!

Dont do your laundry at this laundromat! Wear your dirty clothes another day, but dont try to clean them here. This the most filthy laundromat I have ever been in! It is unkept, unrepaired, & run down beyond belief. All the ceiling tiles were stained, sagging or gone! I didnt dare take even a peek at the restroom. The machine cleaned my clothes good, but when the spin cycle was over the clothes were still sopping wet. This place is a disgrace to Sun City & should not be allowed to be here.

The machines that are working are clean and efficient. Several dryers were not available. Restroom was out of order and the sign looked like it had been there for quite some time. The ceiling and walls look like theyre moldy or about to come down. I felt dirty just being in the room. I wont be back.

If I could upload pictures I would what looks like black mold everywhere, not to mention everything else as far as health and safety issues everywhere you look . And talk about price gauging and few washers available most saying out of order only reason I gave it a star is so I could comment on here

Whoever rates this laundromat as good! needs a pair of glasses.... this place is DISGUSTING! Absolutely nasty! I walked in and walked out. No words to describe this disgusting place.
