I have to compliment this establishment. My husband and I are leaving town early tomorrow morning for a wedding. This morning, I dropped off my husbands suit that he is wearing IN the wedding in two days. Unfortunately, a new hire (first day) at this location, made a mistake and the order was not done (or started) when I went to pick up this evening. I was devastated, as we needed the suit cleaned and pressed for the wedding. However, the owner, personally contaced me this evening after hearing about the situation (employee working when I came to pick up gave me back the clothes and refund+), He asked about our travel plans, reached out to our hotel and local cleaners to see if there were cleaning options in the area we are traveling to, there were not; instead he personally picked up the clothes from our house, went to his business (after hours), and personally cleaned and pressed our desperately needed items, then returned them to our home (10:30 at night - we were still up packing)! I realize there was a mistake to begin with, but this owner not only stood behind a new employee (she was not thrown under the bus as a newbie), he went ABOVE and BEYOND to relieve a HUGE stress for my husband and I, and we can leave in the morning without that worry! Thank you so very much!!

There are many issues with my experience with Frontier. 1st, they put safety pins through your clothes... not through the tag, through the actual fabric. Not something I want done on clothes I value enough to take to the cleaners in the first place. I understand its a 2.25 cleaner and you usually get what you pay for, but it seems pretty basic to me not to put holes through fabric. Second, they dont have a computer system... its still organized by "tickets". It seemed unusual to me when I first went in, but I decided to give them a try since I was already there. To make a long story short, they almost lost 2 pair of my jeans that I had patched because the ticket was filed in the wrong spot. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for them to find the ticket (I didnt have my copy). Then, when they found the ticket, the patch job on my jeans was less than quality work. I wish I had a better experience, as it is close to my new house, but unfortunately, Ill be looking for another cleaner. I do have to say that the people were very nice and the service was good, just not good enough for me to go back.

OK, First off all but one of these reviews are over 4 and 5 years old. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and have been a customer for as long as I can remember. Just the last several years though I have had more items to be cleaned. The customer service here is a 10 and is always the same. A smile and a Hello when you walk in, how are you, and a have a nice day. If there is something a little more difficult I was given options and the truth about what to expect, no BS. As far as prices, I havent compared. When I find a place that treats me as such and I feel goes the extra mile. it doesnt matter. Thank you Frontier

Dont understand the five star ratings. Used this cleaners for the first time and WOW- the polo shirts were not even pressed. Wrinkles were so bad my poor wife refused to let me wear them until she ironed them. My cleaned and starched shirts had bent collars and creases in the arms. Again, the wife re-ironed. Never again. Wish there was a negative star. We are out $7.50. Lesson learned.

First time here and when I went to pick up my jacket it had stains at the collar it didnt come in with. They acknowledged the plastic covering had torn on theor rack and they offered to redo it. Great, except when I came to pick it up the second time it still had stains. They told me I would have to come back a third time to speak to a manager the next day. Not impressed.

I absolutely love frontier cleaners. Being a professional my self its important to me that my clothes are kept in top condition. I know I can count on frontier cleaners to deliver nothing less than perfection. I would definitely recommend friends and family here.

Cheap dry cleaning. Had my blazer cleaned for $3.75. They advertise that most clothing are cleaned at that price. Picked up clothing next day. No hassle

I have been using this dry cleaners for 4 years great place...fast service. ..typical problems like all dry cleaners but safety pins are a minus.
