Horrible dry cleaners! The lack of customer service is appalling - after completely ruining a dry clean only sweater, and knowing they did (funny how the formerly gold now black sweater was in the middle of 5 items when picked up) the staff openly discussed the qualities of the sweater in front of the customer. No empathy, no apology - just questions to divert the blame from themselves. Solutions offered? We can pay you in store credit (why would I want to use them AGAIN??) or by check. When the check was preferred, they said they dont have the authority to actually do that and the owner would need to be contacted, they would however keep the sweater. In lieu of giving up the sweater without cash in hand, a second option of 1/2 value in store credit and keep the sweater was offered and regrettably accepted. So, in essence you can pay to have your clothes ruined at Legend cleaners, be treated like the offender vs. the victim, and compensated by having to come back. Truly a shame. They honestly do not give a crap about their customers, its ok though my family will be sure to let everyone know about their business, word of mouth is a powerful thing. So is social networking, idiots.

I dropped off 6 shirts 2 of which where Tommy Bahamas, that cost $100.00 or more each. They where returned to me with ink and somthing else on the back of one. They are destroyed and you are unable to replace them. The manager said they came in that way and the lady that took them from me said that she had noticed the ink. If she had noticed the ink (as they call it) why would she take them in without saying somthing to me. They REFUSED to do anything for me except give me back $2.35(WOW). I have never been this upset with a company to write somthing negative about them. They just acted as if it was no big deal. This is what probably upsets me the most. I am not done with them yet as I do not want anyone in Ahwatukee to have to go thru this with them!!

They ruined my shirts, then when I returned to have them fix them, they actually LOST my stuff, never called me back, never compensated or said sorry or anything, WOW, WHY would anyone go to this place, they are located in Ahwatukee Foothills behind that Filibertos, DO NOT go to this place, they will lose your stuff! Be warned.

Really good service - counter staff take a definite interest and arent just processing your order. I like that Legend Cleaners pays attention to detail, as you should with ones personal laundry, and appreciates your business and lets you know it.

Who knew taking shirts in to be laundered could be so enjoyable. Sylvia and staff are super nice. Love the fast drop off, affordable prices and next day service. Been using them for six years. Great service brings me back every time!
