I took one dress to Laveen Cleaners on a Thursday morning for a minor alteration and press. I asked the representative whether they could have the dress ready by Friday because I wanted to wear it for an event on Saturday. I was told "Yes, that is no problem." My claim ticket indicated that it would be ready on Friday. The representative even said that she would contact me that day (Thursday) if the tailor was unable to get to it. On noon on Friday, I called the cleaners to see if it was ready and whether I could pick up my item. I was told that they had not done anything on the dress because (1) the method used by their representative to indicate the alteration was improper and (2) the tailor is swamped. I probably would not be as upset, if they had simply called me, like they said they would. (Do not offer a service you are unwilling to actually provide). The most irritating point was their unwillingness to acknowlege their shortcoming and rectify the problem. They have no customer service skills and will NOT get anymore of my business due to their unprofessionalism and unreliability. If you have time restraints, I do NOT recommend Laveen Cleaners.

Laveen Cleaners is in a convenient location near the Frys and Home Depot. That is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this business. The service is lackluster at best. The owner typically seems annoyed that you have interrupted her work. I have never seen her smile. The hired staff are ok. The quality of their work is so-so. Cloths return with wrinkles and occasionally with spots and have to be returned for recleaning. Dress shirts sometimes still have ring-around-the-collar We continued to use them for a year because of the convenience until this week when I picked up a pair of dress pants that came back with a big bleached out stain. When I returned the pants, the owner yelled at me! She said I spilled bleach on them it was my fault! To be clear: the pants were normal when I brought them in and I do not work around or handle any bleaching products! In Summary: -Rude Customer Service -Poor Quality Product -Do Not Stand Behind Their Mistakes - GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE OTHER CLEANERS.

I could type a long story, and revisit how much this store has pained me, but let me simply say that these people smile at you, tell you what you want to hear and then do what ever. They will not return your calls, i have called looking for the owner for a month since my incident and when i finally got the owner on the phone and he told me, " give me your number, i will call you right back." that was three days ago and i am still wanting to talk to him. the employees at this story change there story on what happened to my pillow cases more times then i change my socks in a week. Have good luck or simply not care what happens to your cloths when dealing with this store.

Bad. Had to go in three times to pick up 2 suits because things were not done on time. In addition, they did not mark my tie and handkerchief on my slip, they were pricey, luckily, after several tries they located them. I even said off the rip, hey, my accessories are not listed here. They said dont worry about it.

When I came to pick up my pants I was informed that they were no longer there. They told me someone had picked them up, even though I still had my ticket and I knew I had not retrieved them. $60 down the drain for a $5 service.

Trust the overall ratings for this place. If you need a cleaners in the Laveen area I would suggest Escalade cleaners thats on the other side of 51st ave. Better service and like a dollar cheaper per item.

The worst experience ever!!!!!! I took an expensive dress shirt it was white and after i took it to them they returned it pink!!!! I had to ask for my money back i will never return here!

The prices are too high. We asked for an alteration but got a cleaning instead. Terrible service, wont use them again.
