I took in several shirts for pressing only. I was shocked when I went to pick them up and I was charged more than $5 per shirt.Their delivery was fast, the hangers were nice and they put a lot of extras in (like the collar tabs), but geeez. I can get the shirts dry cleaned at other places for less. With their prices, I dont think Ill be going back. Nice people, but ask their rates before you drop anything off at Uptowne.

Here is what I did not hear...Smile.."Hi, welcome to xyz cleaners..pick up? Or drop off? Instead...blank stare...me...Hi I am here for a pick up...blank, demeaning stare...like "yeah...and like.....how about a name...you stupid customer". Heard another employee call her " mother". Arrogant.Ding a ling.Check please. .and a new supplier.

Very bad!!! I would not recommend! If youre looking for great service, this is not the place. Shirts that went in for dry cleaning came back even more wrinkled than going in. I was in shock! Definitely not worth wasting time or money on the company. Also prices are unreasonable. Definitely will not be going back.

I found this place after my dry cleaners of 25 years closed. They do a great job and Leslie makes me laugh! Prices are fair and turnaround is good.
