I scheduled return of my items a week in advance. I arranged time off of work to be home at the pre-arranged time. The morning they were supposed to be at my house, I got a voicemail that they needed to reschedule. I had already lost wages for the pre-arranged time and lost more when they showed up 4 hours late. In addition, they did not have all of my items and one set of drapes had not been cleaned at all.
