I was very satisifed the first 8 months I used them, but recently noticed some markings on the collars of my shirts, since I had good experiences I thought it was an aberattion. The last time I picked up my clothes, something definitely changed because half of my shirts were so faded they were unwearable. When I brought in my shirts to show them, I was told something to the effect of "clothes fade" and that it only costs a couple of dollars to clean as opposed to dry clean. I asked if there was anything they could do and all I got was a long uncomfortable silence followed by the guy shaking his head No. My recommendation is to avoid "My Cleaners".

had a Medical school interview and took my suit to another dry cleaners to get it cleaned (cleanology). Cleanology did a terrible job - suit and shirt still had spots on them. I then took it too these guys (9 am) to try to get it cleaned again (I only had one day to get my suit cleaned right) . I explained my situation and gave it to them. They had it done by 5 pm. suit looks great and I am happy. I will use them again. good customer service.

low quality service and too expensive. 49.99 for 3 jackets and 2 dresses? I used to pay half of that with much better service in Thunderbird and 31st Ave. When I asked the person who always playing with his Macbook in store, he said it is what it is! I am not recommend them at all.

Friendly staffs and awesome quaility that you can only get from Full Service Dry Cleaner. (I have used 1dollar or 2dollar cleaners in the past but I can see the difference easily)
