I ran into someone at Cleanology who was from another state, and she asked me if this was a good cleaning service. I told her that Ive had nothing but great service and incredible dry-cleaning service since the new owner took over in, I think it was 2010 - but the current owner has made this a really good place. I used to use the $1 or $1.50 dry cleaners. They ruined a black/white blouse; the white ended up grey and they couldnt fix it. Cleanology turned it bright white, didnt charge me extra. They go out of their way to make sure my clothes look great, stains are removed, and I have never had anything less than great customer service. I never generally write comments, but when this lady told me she was looking for a good dry-cleaning service and wanted to know things like this, I think it is important to let others know when a service is outstanding. I read comments before I purchase literally anything; if the comments are bad, I move on. I dont know if there are any negative comments on Cleanology; however, our University staff goes to this place for the most part and we all agree this is a very good place to get your best clothes dry cleaned.They even gave us a better price when we asked them to provide services to everyone here; it is always worth a try to talk to the owner if you work in a place that would use their services regularly. It worked for us, and staff/students and faculty now use them regularly and all are satisfied. I highly recommend Cleanology and I personally will never go elsewhere. So thats my 2 cents worth!!

This place is awesome. I went here the other week. Here is my story: I had a surprise wedding pop up on me and had to get my suit dry cleaned by the next day. I went to 2 other places (who had declined my short deadline) before I finally called these guys and asked if they could squeeze me in. I didnt want to have to explain my emergency situation but was willing to if they asked. (They didnt, very professional) After talking on the phone with the lady who works there, I was able to take my suit in and got it cleaned the following day by noon. Just in time for the wedding. Great folks who work here. Thanks guys. You saved my butt!

Update 2/26/16: I have gotten to know the new owners a bit now and they are pretty cool. Things are great as usual. This place has a lot of business so they must be doing something right. I think they might give me some good discounts since I am such a great customer. They are always super nice and on time. The girl that ran the place solo was so awesome, but she recently has been put on washing duty due to new owners working the register She would recognize my car as I drove up and had my clothes waiting! I have never had a problem and have used them for years.

The owner was wonderful. I brought in some shirts that were stained from my washer (which needed a good cleaning). She worked on the stains personally until they came out. She gave me good advice for avoiding this type of problem in the future. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like a very valued customer. She is a wonderful person and I believe that is a reflection on her business as well. I would recommend this business for all of your drycleaning and laundry needs!

I am saddened by the consistently rude individuals behind the counter. But I am even more disturbed by the poor quality of work they do to more expensive items. In reading other comments I now know they are unable to clean and handle woolens and other garments that require proper cleaning and finishing knowledge of quality garments If the let people know the system is not for any garment you have spent more the 50 dollars for then people wouldnt be so upset.

My husband has used cleanologybdry cleaners a few times now for his dry cleaning needs. They have always been friendly and done a wonderful job. Today, we needed same day service, something we have not utilized before. I called unknowingly after their cut off time for same day service, but they said they will accept them and have them ready after 5pm. Lifesavers!!! They really are great and now have lifetime customers!!!

The new owners are super nice people. They do a great job with all of my pieces, Ive never had any problems. The prices are currently set at $2.75 per piece (as of March 31, 2017). This doesnt apply to specialty items obviously. I love no longer paying $6 - $7 for one dress to be cleaned. I highly recommend them.

I went to pick up a jacket i left and the color was faded.I talked to the clerk but she ignored me and told me to leave,that the jacket was brought in like that.I have only wore it once and told her it was impossible i took it in like that.The manager said there was nothing he could do about it..

I took 2 Vintage fiesta skirts to Cleanology. One had pleats. When I picked them up, the pleats were gone. No apologies were made. This is a good place for ordinary cleaning, but if you have something special, I wouldnt recommend it.

using this dry cleaning service. They destroyed my sleeping bag and would not reimburse me for the damages. In fact, they were very rude when I made my complaint to them about the damages.
