Too expensive for SLOW return of the dry-cleaning. I used to drive 10+ miles out of my way to go to a another cleaners that charges half the price and will have the clothes back the next day or sometimes the same day if dropped off before 9am. Thats fast service and they do a nice job. The ONLY reason I use this cleaners on occassion is they are close to where I live and I dont have the time with my schedule to drive to the farther location for the preferred cleaners. The older lady that works at Fresh Cleaners is never friendly either. Based on price, speed of service, quality of service and customer service, Im very unimpressed.

I recently had a bad experience with this cleaning establishment. I had taken a black pair of slacks in because they were covered with white dog hair. This was pointed out to the lady at the counter. When I picked up the slacks they still had half as much dog hair as when I had dropped them off. The lady refused to redo the cleaning as well as refused to reimburse me. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She said store was not responsible to remove dog hair and that she did not need my business. You can rest assured that I would never frequent this store again nor would I recommend it.

I normally use a different cleaners however I decided to try this one out. Bad idea. The guy tole me its $4.50 to dry clean pants an I said thats a little expensive. He goes on to tel me that the other place around are like the McDonalds of dry cleaners and hes a better establishment. I said thats a bad analogy. He said cause I wasnt willing to understand his analogy that he doesnt need my business. I will bad talk this place to everyone because that is not how you gain business by bad talking the others just because they have lower prices. Screw this place.

Took my Suns jersey there to remove a chocolate stain.. when I got it back, the stain is still there!!! I argued to the lady as I told her I wanted it removed and she said they dont remove stains. And she never reimburse me my money. Screw this place and screw that lady! Apparently they dont need my business! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!!!

Im from out-of-town, and needed to get some clothes washed. Sign on wall says "laundry service", but its false-advertising. Evidently, they dont wash clothes. At least, the woman at the counter said they dont wash "underwear, socks, and T-shirts". Last time I checked, those were still clothes.

I had a Great Experience getting my slacks clean they got so clean I couldnt tell whether they were mine or somebodies elses slacks. I highly recommend Fresh cleaners
