As I write this, I am on a business trip. I was only supposed to be here for three work days, so I packed three sets of business attire. On day number three, my employer informed me that it would be necessary for me to stay another five work days. As soon as I got out of work I hopped on Google to see if I could find any place that would allow me to drop off my clothes, launder them, press my dress shirts (with heavy starch) and get them back to me before they closed for the evening. I called three places before Ed at Highlander Laundry picked up. He was pleasant, polite, and said, "Sure, no problem, we can do that." I dropped off my clothes around 6:00 PM. Ed took my number and told me hed give me a call when everything was ready. For some reason, my phone wasnt getting good signal. Ed tried several times to contact me, but was not able to get through. My phone wouldnt even let him leave a message. (Thanks AT&T) Anyhow... I thought Id better head back before they closed, just in case. Ed was waiting. My laundry was done and my shirts were pressed. I work in customer service, and this is the best customer service I have received in a long time. I wish the people that worked for me provided my customers with the same, high-quality service that Ed does/did. Ill need to have my clothes laundered and pressed one more time before I head back, and you can bet I will be going to Highlander Laundry.

Under new management!!! They have turned this place around completely and it continues to get better... clean and well lit environment with plenty of working machines... they are very friendly... even two computers for internet use, for an extremely reasonable price of course... nothing is free... they even have a punch card for frequent visitors and weekend drawing to win prizes... I love the changes and encourage anyone who uses a laundromat to come here ...

I have been to several laundry places all over the valley and I gotta say, this place is by far the best. Not anything pretty or flashy, but the owner I believe... Super nice lady, very friendly very welcoming. The place is clean,doesnt have a lot of rif raff hanging around, and feels like ur doing laundry at your own home. I would recommended this to anyone. And wouldnt have a problem bringing my 2 year old here too to help.

I called to see if I could get my shirt steam cleaned guy said well Im by myself (there is always only him there) was rude on the phone then when I take it there guy says that I am screwed to throw in a wet towel in dryer to fix wrinkles I always went there to do laundry but after that they lost my service if there was less then half a star for rating I would have gave them 1% of a star

They have new owners that have made some great changes. The owners are friendly and always there to help. They have coin operated machines, alterations, dry cleaning and you can drop off your laundry and the will do it for 1.50 a pound. They have internet terminals and video games. The 11 wash is free! Its always clean and I love going there!

Its clean, it has a "homey" feeling, it doesnt feel like its an overwhelming experience to wash your clothes there...some laundromats can really stress you out with too many people, kids, rude patrons..etc.

if you only use the dryer, there is a 1.50 fee per load minus what you put into the machine. the sign in the place does not specify by load. the washer costs 2.50 and the dryer is .25 for 20 min.

yes 1.75 to wash and .25 dry but ever 10 wash you get a free wash which which help me because I would have ended up with wet clothes and a 1.75 short of getting them dry

The new management quickly did away with the extra dryer charge. Washers are currently $1.75 & dryers $0.25 for 12 min. They also offer 11th wash for free ($1.75 value)!

Im at Umpire who travels...lots dirty sweaty uniforms... found this little mom and pop laundromat close to hotel...nice , friendly, clean and quiet

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY CLEANING! The shirt didnt look or smell clean and barely pressed, wrinkles still present!
