Every interaction that I have experienced at Cobblestone Dry Cleaners, whether on the phone and/or in person I have received great service. The first time that I called in to check on pricing, Ms. Sandra answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. Once I arrived to drop off my garments, she was there to greet me at the door. She was the same sweet lady on the other side of the phone. Anytime after that I have still received substantial service. The other workers there appear to be friendly, always greeting with a smile. THANK YOU COBBLESTONE CLEANERS for being available.

I visited their website a week ago to find out pricing, etc. I filled out a contact form and received an auto reply stating that I would hear back soon. I heard nothing. So I replied to the email address to again request information and got yet another automated response welcoming me to their rewards membership program or something similar. However, I have yet to get a single human response with any information. If this is how they treat web traffic, I think I will bring my brick and mortar traffic somewhere else.

Quick visit to pick up my brothers work laundry. I really appreciated the professional process - they could find his laundry even though I didnt have a tag - can look up by phone # and scan the items before giving to me. Very slick, quick, friendly and professional. Even though this is the only gig in town (Maricopa), they dont take an efficient process for granted. Nicely done....

Very unprofessional. Everytime we walked in they would just stare at us. No one would greet us or come to the counter. We would have to ask if they could help us. When we got our clothing back it was covered in little holes completely destroying it. We would rather drive the 30 minutes to go to a different cleaners than have our suits destroyed.

Last month I wrote a scathing review of the service I experienced at this business. To their credit, the owner, James, did take the time to personally call me and apologize for the level of service I had endured. His phone call has changed my opinion of the business and his sincerity as changed my perception of Cobblestone Cleaners.

This dry cleaner business is awesome! My grandson and I were having a typical manic Monday experience on a Wednesday. When I explained to Manny what was happening, he checked their time availability to see if they could get at least one of two shirts cleaned for me that same day. They did it!

This is the worst dry cleaner ever. They did not perform the service that they were paid for. Your clothes will look exactly the same and maybe worst (with hairs and some dirt) after supposed dry cleaning. Poor ironing is the cherry on the icing.

Beware! Its prepaid and when they make a mistake they refuse to fix it. They did not perform the service I paid for on my receipt, the workers acknowledged this and are nice, but they contacted the owner who would not issue any sort of refund.

Brought my brand new suit here to get cleaned. Picked it up and got home and realized they had broken all but one button off of my jacket. Never bring clothes you care about here. Theyve lost a customer for life!!!

Provides ok service at best. Will not go back. I really needed a few items for a trip I was going on, arrived at 958, and was informed I was too late. That is not what I call good customer service.
