STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY CLEANERS! I had been going to this place for 2 years and had been satisfied with their service. However, I measure customer service by how a situation is resolved when it arises. I took in a new J Crew shirt to be laundered. When I picked it up, it had stains. I took it back and they offered to redo the shirt. However, the stain did not come out. I picked up the shirt with the owner/manager on duty. He stated the stain was not removeable. I explained that this shirt was not stained when I brought it in. He refused to accept any responsibility. I told him he was going to lose a good customer. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "thats okay." The owner made no attempt to make the situation right, not even free dry cleaning. I asked him where the sister dry cleaners was. He said 39th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak.....so stay away from this location as well! I will never do business with either dry cleaners ever again.

Been coming here for 5 years. The service and quality has become absolutely horrible the last 12 months. They are extremely rude frequently lose things and are very unorganized. Took 3 suits to be dry cleaned and I was told they would be done Friday. I went Saturday to pick up and they still were not ready and was told Monday. I had to leave for out of town meetings before that. The lady yelled at me for wanting them before Monday and ended up Giving them to me without being cleaned. They were filthy from their facility and a wrinkled mess. They made no attempt to fix the situation. Will not be back here again.

My fiancé and I have been using the Happy Valley Dry Cleaners for about three years. We are working professionals that use their services consistantly multiple times a week. We have always been very impressed with the customer service, efficiency and professionalism of all the staff, as well as in the value of the services we have received. The staff often times even help me to carry my dry cleaning out to my car. I would highly recommend this drycleaners to anyone in the area.

This is the worst dry cleaner in the valley. The lady behind the counter is the most racist person I have ever met. I was standing in line behind an African American lady who was treated so poorly by this lady. The lady behind the counter called the customer names infront of other customers then threw her out of the store for no reason. She then followed her to her car and continued to harass her. I will never go back there again. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

They are not truthful people and will charge you far more then they tell you they will. Do not leave your clothes with these people. They are not fair and very unprofessional. They take way longer then promised and treat their customers with zero respect. I was cursed at and yelled at by both the male and female that works there. I will never go back

Called to ask for day of service they said yes come in. Showed up 20min later they said sorry its too late for same pick up day. I even offered to pay more and they still refused. He turned the music on and stormed to the back. Claiming one hour to wash, two hours to dry, and then press. It was 930a I asked to pick up by 5p. Terrible customer service.

Horrible place. I walk-in at 6 pm and she takes the items for dry cleaning, I am asking her few questions and she says she doesnt have time. What the heck ! It was not even near their closing time and I can see the shop still open at 6:45 pm. The attitude shows their interest in the business. Will never go there..

This dry cleaners was by far the worst Ive been to. They put large, extremely visible double creases in my uniform. When asked for a refund, they refused and were unprofessional about it. They also claimed the double creases were already there when brought in. Avoid this place at all costs!
