I had used this cleaner for over a year, but I will never take my cloths to them again. Recently, I took several shirts and slacks to them to be cleaned. 2 of my shirts were silk. After I picked up the shirts, I noticed that my yellow silk shirt looked like it had been bleached down to a light-grey tan. I took the shirt back to the cleaner and the clerk pointed out another shirt that he received from a different customer that was also damaged in the same way. He said he would have to check with his manager the next week. (It was a Saturday.) I gave him my contact info and left the shirt with him. I received a call from the manager, who proceeded to blame me for the problem. His first accusation was that the shirt was probably old and just lost its color over time and it wasnt really yellow. I made him check the stitching on the shirt and told him about the other customer who had the same problem. (This shirt had, in fact, been cleaned by them before. It looked like they dry cleaned it, which ruins silk.) Next, he said that it was my fault because I didnt explicitly tell them that it was a silk shirt. I refuted this charge also because my receipt clearly showed that they labeled it a silk shirt and charged me for it. (Ive never been to a cleaner before that required me to provide them with cleaning instructions. Theyre supposed to be the experts, after all.) After going around and around with him, he said that he would give me an in-store credit for the shirt. I refused this on the basis that "why should I risk bringing my other shirts and suits to that business if they will not guarantee their service--what happens if they ruin another article?" He asked what I wanted, and I told him that I wanted a comparable shirt and that he could either a) purchase it for me b) give me cash-value to buy a new one or c) give me a gift certificate to purchase one. He said that he would need to check with the owner and call me in a week or two. Feeling frustrated, I agreed. I never heard from him or the store again, and frankly my $100 silk shirt was not the point--the point is, treat your customers with dignity and respect and follow through with your word, otherwise youre not worth my business. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from using this cleaner because their management and ethics are simply terrible. If you run into a problem with their service, you are likely out-of-luck!

Poor service is a compliment. I had been there a few time and was told the product would be done in a few days and it was always days later then quoted when it was completed. Always had to go back for one or two missing garments or to return garments that were not mine. Last visit I brought in a very expensive silk shirt with a very, very minor pen mark on it. I did not request the mark to be addressed as it was too small to be noticeable. When I picked up the shirt the pen mark was gone but there was a hole in its place. Jay or Jade ( I couldnt really understand him when he spoke) the owner or manger, denied the shirt was damaged by what ever chemical process used . He said he would look into it and get back to me which he never did. When I did go in he admitted there was a process used but looked up the frequency of my visits and said I did not spend enough for him to reimbursed the cost of the shirt and I should take the shirt and leave his shop. Despicable way to behave for a so called business man. If you have expensive cloths and want to be treated as a customer then do not go here. There are far better establishments where you can spend your money. Over priced, zero customer service, Jay is just another example of what American entrepreneurship is not.

Dropped off a pair of pants on Thursday, and was told theyd be done next day. When I went to pick them up and drop off another pair on Friday, I was told the first pair wasnt ready, but both would be done on Saturday. They said they tried to call me but had the wrong number. Annoying, as I can typically take care of this on the way to and from work, but whatever, I need these pants for work. I then drove up on Saturday to pick them up at 3:30 on Saturday (they close at 5), and the lady then told me they werent there yet, but were "on their way, about 40 minutes" (apparently they outsource the service). Frustrated at this point, I asked how this would be taken care of. She offered nothing, and instead just went back playing on her phone. I asked to not have to pay for the pants, as this was now my 2nd time coming to pick up 1 pair of pants, and once for the other. They didnt even have the 1st pair on hand to offer in the meantime! Considering I lived a ways away, it wasnt worth driving back home just to turn around and come back, I sat in front of the store WAITING for my pants. Again, the lady couldnt care any less - she had her phone hooked up to a charger. Never coming again.

I will never use another dry cleaners! I brought my wedding dress here 3 years ago and fell in love with the service. I didnt realize that my dress needed to be steamed until two days before my wedding. I dropped my huge red designer wedding dress with an attached 6 foot train. I almost had a panic attack, thinking that there is no way my dress would be done by the rehearsal dinner the next night. And if it was done, I was scared the dress would be damaged. To my pleasant surprise, my dress was PERFECT! Better than perfect. And it was done ahead of schedule. I have been loyal ever since, and love the great customer service and lengths they go for their customers.

Unprofessional! Dropped off pants to be hemmed on a Tuesday at 4:40pm. I was promised theyd be ready after 4:30pm on Thursday. Went to pick them up Thursday at 4:45 and was told the pants were not onsite and not ready. The seamstress had not brought them back yet. I was told to come back on Friday after 4pm. I went Friday at 4:40 and still had to wait 15 minutes because the seamstress had not returned them yet. Person at the desk called seamstress and she then brought them. However lady at the desk was friendly and very nice. Will not be returning there!

HORRIBLE SERVICE... Brought my clothes here and they got destroyed. Not once but twice. Owner said he would do something to fix it and never came thru. Tried to repair a very expensive jacket that was torn, only made it worse and didnt compensate anything for it. I guess you get what you pay for if you want a cheap wash. Do not bring anything valuable here since there is no remorse for when the damage is done, it is done. I am a business owner myself and I would never run my shop this way. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!

Called to see if they did wash and fold service, they said they did. when I got there after going through my laundry, the price was way way high. you could tell they did not want to do it after all, it was just regular pants shirts and socks. they should have just said no on the phone. so I cant say anything about the quality of the service, just the customer service was pretty poor
